Well, the only thing that did not really work in Windows 8 was the user interface. The things under the hood were improved when compared to Windows 7.

The card you posted won't run any games at all. It is designed to let you run the essential stuff (like accessing the files) after your graphic card has broken. How much money can you spend and in which country do you live?

1st - Easier said than done. You can't just say "I am going to have more stability online" or input a line of code "addstability". You have to optimize and change a lot of stuff, and with GTA IV being a terrible geame from technical standpoint, it is extremely hard. With dev team being consisted of 4 people who are doing this voluntarily and in their free time, this is a huge task. The stability has already been vastly improved over previous LCPDFR versions. 3rd - You can change which weapons you have in trunk or just use SNT. 4th - Just cycle the cars, the liveries will change, or use SNT. 5th - Sounds ok. 6th - You can't add those voices because they don't exist. Rock star did not make such voices for NOOSE or FIB.

That is exactly what this is about, Doppler.Sorry to break it to you, but this has already been done. I have been using added cars for about 2 years now. Still, I like the easy to understand tutorial - more people should know about the fact that you can add more cars to the game.Version 1.1 - Added no mirror light variants (by spreilly) and fixed the rear pillars on the Bigler. A pack of GTA V vehicles modified into Harbor City Police Department versions. Liveries are based on an Emergency 4/911: First Responders mod. Light bars (and other lights) have been made by me using GTA V light bar as a base and Whelen Liberty as an inspiration. Due to the way the traffic adviser/secondary lights are made, some patters might have slight issues (lights of different colors overlapping). Pattern number 4 works the best in my opinion. This pack includes: Vapid Cruiser 2nd generation (regular and slicktop) Vapid Interceptor Bravado Buffalo 2nd generation Cheval Bigler Brute Stockade (Enforcer) HCPD fit cop, traffic cop and SWAT officer by Olanov and Custo Each model comes with 4 liveries. Every car is ELSv8 optimized. ELS VCF (vehicle configuration files) are included for every car. Refer to ELS v8 User Guide for more information. All cars follow the emerglights_emis_2 standard. Is that my Oracle?The correct formula for the livery number is *_sign_n - 1, so 0 is sign_1, 1 is sign_2 and so on.It is not dependent on the model, you have to configure it in the SNT config file IIRC.- 17 comments
