  1. What car is that? If it's the sheriff or sheriff2, check if your are using the BCSO or LSPDFR addon - in that case, replace the textures in those dlc.rpf's.
  2. It changes no files EUP changes, those are two completely different mods. So yes.
  3. That's because of a bug I'm Script hook Dot Net, wait for a newer version.
  4. Well, low end settings are rather badly named, but what they do is reduce the amount of traffic. GTA has a problem that when there are too much cars, the variety suffers. Try using it, it will bring back the amount of traffic to around vanilla, which should help with variety.
  5. Do you have the backup addon? And yes, NOOSE vehicles patrolling in specific areas are a feature.
  6. Use low end gameconfig, reduce population density in options.
  7. It replaces the textures for sheriff vehicles with those from the BCSO AP.
  8. No. It has BCSO, but in an edited form. It only replaces the textures for sheriff cars. You can use BCSO AP instead.
  9. Those are not a part of RDE, check AlexVonShep's BCSO Addition Project. We would, but there is no suitable backup option for them.
  10. try comp_head, prop_head is usually the helmet.
  11. Let me repeat myself: Everybody that is crashing on the newest patch - install the RDE normally with OIV Package Manager and replace the gameconfig.xml in update.rpf/common/data with the one provided in the archive (depending on what version of RDE you have installed) - http://www.mediafire.com/download/9n163wu59yjg47y/RDE_updated_gameconfigs.zip
  12. Try the files I posted in the comments of the RDE download.

  14. You install the cars just like you would normally, but to rde/dlc.rpf.
  15. Try the low end gameconfig included. Hey, we like the insurgent, there is no need to replace it in our opinion.
  16. Laptop possibly, but later. The gresleys are going to be identical as the ones in RDE.
  17. Oh, that's my fault. I used a different compression method this time and looks like OpenIV doesn't like it. I am uploading a working version now.
  18. I've updated the archive with the fixed backup.xml and better quality textures for peds.

  20. Yes and no. Popcycle values are multiplied by the values in gameconfig.
  21. I like the default setups, but I might do something. Yeah, sorry, forgot to answer. Converting is possible, but I have never done it. We will see about the Stockade, but no promises. I don't really feel like modeling now, so I just want to wrap up some things.
