To think I was in all those places a couple of months ago... My condolences to the victims and their families - my thoughts are with Brussles. I hope that the perpetrators are brought to justice (if they haven't all blew themselves up already) and that appropiraite actions are taken to make sure such events do not happen again.

This is a Bravado Gresley (gresley) mapped to support liveries and a lighting setup similar (it's not exactly the same due to game limitations and my personal preferences) to the one used by California Highway Patrol, with a custom made LED lightbar (made out of default parts) inspired by Whelen Liberty. Included in the archive are 4 High Quality (4096x4096) and 4 Standard Quality (2048x2048) - skins and PSD files with editable unit number layers for both High Quality (4096x4096) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) allowing you to make additional unit numbers, should you wish to do so. The vehicle is identical to the SAHP Gresley (hwaycar3) in Realism Dispatch Enhanced. Delete rde/dlc.RPF and then verify the game files on steam. This will however also uninstall all of your other mods. However, if you are using a mods folder, just see what files in update.RPF have been modified (they don't have the encrypted property) and replace them with the ones from the original update.rpf

Install your car models to the rde/dlc.rpf. Make sure you are using the updated gameconfig: Everybody that is crashing on the newest patch - install the RDE normally with OIV Package Manager and replace the gameconfig.xml in update.rpf/common/data with the one provided in the archive (depending on what version of RDE you have installed) - http://www.mediafire.com/download/9n163wu59yjg47y/RDE_updated_gameconfigs.zip

I'll have a new gameconfig later - you may also try manualy increasing vehicle and handlingdata values in gameconfig yourself.

They are rather dependent on the added models I am afraid, but it would be possible I suppose. I won't provide instructions on how to do this though - I sadly don't have enough time, but you should edit the config files.
