Just install the archive using the OpenIV Package Manager. If you insist on a manual installation, the can go either way.

There is an embarrassing bug in the popcycle where LSSD and BCSO have switched places and patrol the wrong places. Here is the fix (drop to update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5), and I am uploading a new archive as well.

No, it changes the gameconfig.xml. Graphical settings are unchanged. You shouldn't have problems with this hardware you have though. What's you CPU?

Thanks to Sam, LSPDFR 0.3 will support RDE's added peds, and we will release RDE 2.3 shortly which will include a backup.XML file and other tweaks to provide you with the best LSPDFR experience possible, straight out of the box.

Check if you have relationships.dat in modded update.rpf/common/data. If you do, get rid of it. Try using the low end gameconfig, it spawns way less traffic, which should help with performance.

The crashes were already fixed in 2.2.1, no need to apply the fix now.
