  1. Then reinstall GTA 4 and then LCPDFR, but install dsound instead of xliveless.
  2. Delete xlive.dll and verify game cache on steam.
  3. It's probably hidden, refer to link in Olanov's post.
  4. You will have to use it as policeb. If you have EFLC, just replace, if no there are some guides how to add new police vehicle (bike) to game.
  5. If you are not using xliveless, your savegames are located in different folder than Hunter says. It's C:\Users\username\AppData\local\Rockstar Game\GTA IV\savegames Change username with your username (obvious ).
  6. Just a quick question, do you have any projects after all Buffalos are done? Are you going to focus on Taurus?
  7. Move the GTA folder from Steamapps folder (in Steam directory) to desktop (or any other location), then download GTA 4 again form Steam. After that, move the newly downloaded folder again (to different place than the other one) and then move old folder to steamapps again. Voila! You now have two GTA 4's - one clean, and other one modded.
  8. Looks like you misplaced head textures. BTW. You can always install game to another folder and then just use the files that you need from it.
  9. Don't worry, it's not illegal I'm pretty sure somebody made the model, not sure about skin.
  10. Alt + P, not Shift + P, KUBEANIE
  11. VSync in GTA 4 doesn't work as intended. Policing script also crashes for me, and when definition is on, it applies some sort of pseudo-antialiasing, which blurs the game. I prefer playing with it, some don't. (Pressing P turns definition on and off)
  12. I'm pretty sure you'll only need a skin, not a model. BTW. http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1070 use google next time
  13. 1. PPM is sh*t. Don't use it, especially with LCPDFR. 2. You don't need to uninstall LCPDFR to play normal GTA. In fact, you'll have to start LCPDFR ingame (if you don't start it, you are in regular game) Hope that helps!
  14. Make sure that you are pressing ALT + P, not CTRL + P.
  15. Try timecyc mods - they change appearance of the game without ENB and they work on every computer. While not as spectacular as ENB, they are great for less powerful computers. I recommend you Realistic Time Cycle v5 by Sgt.Kanyo (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1649) It has very dark nights :)
  16. Simple Native Trainer - a powerful tool, not just for cheating.
  17. 1. Install SNT 2. Press F3 3. Select Car Options 4. Select Clean Car 5. ??? 6. PROFIT!
  18. Well, I'll have to ask somebody else, as I don't have EFLC. Logic tells me it should be there where you put it (EFLC folder). Maybe you haven't installed it correctly at all?
  19. That's a very good question. Basically, LCPDFR allows you to become a cop. You can: 1. Arrest, frisk, cite, tase pepole 2. Call for backup (aerial one too) 3. Do traffic stops 4. Have a partner 5. Respond to 6 (or 7) different callouts, like mugging, shoot-out, pursuits and so on 6. Help other officers in so called "world events" (for example there is a cop chasing one guy and you can help that cop) That's all I remember.
  20. Good! BTW. That computer looks great!
  21. Lt.Caine has made few HQ NYPD-style LCPD liveries for those cars. You can find them here http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=512.
  22. @Orginal Light I tow them away using towing script. They disappear shortly after.
