  1. UPDATE Better FIB New version uploaded 06.09.2012: - Added EFLC support - Added missing hats
  2. I think the best reference material are NJSP/NASP modded cars :P
  3. RELEASE NOOSE Liveries for Ekalb's Whelen Liberty Vapid Police Cruiser (NOW WITH 100% MORE ACTUAL FILES!) Description below:
    • 166 downloads
Part of the U.S. National Office of Security Enforcement modernization program, new look has been given to Vapid Police Cruisers owned by the NOOSE. However, changes are not only cosmetics - a new agency called U.S. Urban Protection and Traffic Control has been created to deal with rising terrorist threat, providing a federal law enforcement in urban areas. -------------------------------------- Those are three skins for or (they will also work on Lt.Caine's Police Cruiser, but FS Vector doesn't look good with them), based on (). Skins follow the real life US DHS style, yet they fit the GTA IV universe. First skin is CBP style livery for U.S. (No more L.C.!) Immigration and Patriotism Authority and two ones are for Traffic and Field Ops branches of U.S. Urban Protection and Traffic Control (completely fictional). -------------------------------------- Installation: Just replace desired skin(s) of your Police Cruiser in SparkIV or OpenIV. I recommend you to also check out DLer skins (add his skin to mine!). -------------------------------------- -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com. Made by Yard1 Based on DLer's skins Car by Ekalb There is a hidden Easter egg on one of the skins, try to find it
  4. Those are Lt.Caine's ones (he made multi-livery Police Patrol and Cruser, look for them on GPM). And if that New Alderney pack comes out, I'm going to throw out my simple NASP skins :P
  5. They are there where you unpacked/downloaded them (Downloads folder, perhaps?). And yes, you need to download them, as they won't appear on your desktop.
  6. Do you have any other mods?
  7. If it just crashes randomly, it means you've overmodded it. Reinstall, try a clean version, then add a few mods and check does it crashes and so on.
  8. Don't want to miss any of my releases or updates? Simply follow my thread! Enjoy the mods! I had to remove the old layout due to an image limit per post :(
  9. Nice necromancy skill, man!

    • Version v3
(Dunno what to put here :P) -------------------------------------- I've seen all those "Real FBI" and so on mods, but in GTA IV universe, FBI doesn't exist - agents say FIB, police scanner says FIB, characters say FIB. I couldn't stand it, so inspired by those skins, I've created lore-friendly, yet (IMO) cool and realistic looking FIB agents. Model itself is from EFLC, and there are 24 possible combinations for uniform. I strongly recommend you to download to make hats and glasses appear and set FIB agents to use their voice. -------------------------------------- New version uploaded 23.09.2013: - Added compatibility patch for (click Download) New version uploaded 06.09.2012: - Added EFLC support - Added missing hats -------------------------------------- Installation: If you are using GTA IV, replace original files from componentpeds.img with those in "GTA IVcomponentpeds.img" and from pedprops.img with those in "GTA IVpedprops.img". If you are using EFLC, replace original files from componentpeds.img with those in "EFLCcomponentpeds.img" and from pedprops.img with those in "EFLCpedprops.img". If you are using , replace the .wtd file with one in Better FIB Special Agent with Badge and Holster (click Download). You can also install files from pedprops.img in Better FIB.zip to get hats. -------------------------------------- -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com. Thanks to new "Officers on streets" policy, LCPD Lieutenants begin to appear alongside other officers. -------------------------------------- This is a simple skin for something that LCPD always lacked - lieutenants. I based it on the real NYPD lieutenant (white shirt, diffrent badge). -------------------------------------- NOW PART OF: -------------------------------------- Installation: Find M_Y_COP.wtd using OpenIV (not Spark!) in componentpeds.img. Open it and look for all the files with uppr_diff_001_(any letter)_uni. If your last letter is b (uppr_diff_001_b_uni) then rename skin file to uppr_diff_001_c_uni and so on. Then turn on editing mode and open M_Y_COP.wtd again. Click on import texture and then select skin file. -------------------------------------- -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com. Made for a request by Tom H -------------------------------------- A skin for SWAT ped, based on Flashpoint TV series. The model itself is edited - instead on normal SWAT upper part, it posses gunnut one, making it look less bulky and more show like. Model can spawn in three variations - with POLICE on front and back, with text only on the back, and without POLICE at all. -------------------------------------- Installation: Replace original files (files from folder "componentpeds.img" go to componentpeds.img, and files form "pedprops.img" go to pedprops.img) with those provided. -------------------------------------- More ingame pics taken by Tom H can be find below -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com.
