Hey DLer, I've made some more NOOSE skins based on yours, this time for Buffalo Interceptor, can I release them? With full credit, of course! (If you say yes, could you take a shot or two ingame (I'll send the skin files thru PM)? Your screenshots are wonderful, and I can't play GTA now )

I think you are using version 0.91. Install 0.95, it's better :)

Make sure you are on duty and you press the exact key (E). I don't think you can unbind it.

That police computer is a part of LCPDFR. Simply press E in a police car to start it while on duty.
