I believe the car already makes use of the emerglights texture, thus conflicting with the one from the lightbar. What you have to do is change the name of the texture and in material editor add that texture.

Well, if you're a student you can get any of the Autodesk software for free. http://students.autodesk.com EDIT: If you mean for GTA IV, then there are no free alternatives to ZModeler.

Most programmers, as far as I'm aware, don't charge per hour; they charger per program. Also, it would be helpful if you posted what you wanted made (and if possible, what programming language you want it in).

The x2100 still needs some work, but it's great for a start. It needs LEDs, and you're using the RX2700 style takedowns, the x2100 uses circular halogen takedowns.

The Code 3 x2100 does exist. The x2100 uses modules of 6 LEDs (pictured here, thanks to NickieB for the pic). The 21TR has modules of 4 in the middle and on the sides modules of 6, it also has LED modules for the takedowns (pictured here, thanks to NickieB for the pic). There's also a 21TR Plus which has modules of 3 and modules of 6 on the sides (pictured here, thanks to NickieB for the pic). I hope I helped clear some confusion.
