Go into the lspdfr.ini and add or change the following to reflect the line below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true If the issue is still occurring, rename mods to _mods and see if the issue persists.

If renaming mods to _mods works, you can try installed the gameconfig by PNWParks as well as the heap and packfile adjusters. If that still doesn't work, you can revert what you added one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Welcome! I recommend any of BejoIjo's plugins which can be found here. If you wanna speak to dispatch, you can pick up Grammar Police and you can use Callout Interface to force callouts amongst other amazing features! You can also find a bunch more featured mods here. Hope this helps!

You can find the links here, here, and here. If it says you already have it, re-install it anyways. Then, add your GTAV folder (named Grand Theft Auto V, nothing else) to your Antivirus exceptions. Once that is completed, reinstall LSPDFR 0.4 manual and the latest version of RagePluginHook. (Thanks to the RPH Discord for this information.)
