So my game wont start up it just crashes. Crash report:

Its just LSPDFR that crashes not RPH or the game Here is the text from my mini crash reports folder

1. i managed to fix my els 2.Now my LSPDFR dont want to work AGAIN, but this time it crashes when i click to go on duty, it doesnt work by loading in the plugins when already in-game pls help

Btw one more thing, its out of this topic but my ELS dont work. If u maybe could help me if u want you dont have to.

Help me, When im trying to start up LSPDFR it just crashes I dont know why the plugins that I use have I used for like 4 montsh or smth it just loads in lspdfr 1 second later it crashes. It happends mostly in the black loading screen. I have even treid to start up story mode then alt tab out and start up RPH still crashes please help! (btw It wont let me upload the Crash reports)
