    I changed the mods folder to _mods but my els cars and eup menu is not loading is there another way??

    Ive got everything i need installed and my emergency lights on my police car come up but I cant change them and they don't flash they just sit there and when I press scroll lock it says I have els thing on lock so ik I have els and when I try opening the main els panel It wont show the struggle is real

    so basically i went to my visual settings on openiv to turn the brightness on police lights up so I set the day one to 1500 and the night on 450 and after that my gta has decided to make the loading screen infinite everytime I press storymode its stuck on that loading screen its so annoying can anybody help?
