First try installing the gameconfig by PNWParks and the Heap and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesn't work, you can try removing what you installed to the mods folder one by one and test after each removal. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

1. Re-install RageNativeUI from here. If that still doesn't work, remove dlglobal. 2. Also remove OfficerPorciPlugin, PeterUCallouts, and Tacco Highway Callouts. All of those cause issues.

Find the txt file in the Main Directory called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. Then drag and drop it into the text box here.

Please post your RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.

Either because it is defaulting to another xml in UltimateBackup or using the default LSPDFR configs.

I know we tried this but please do it again. Mods to _mods and remove ScriptHookV.dll. If it is still crashing after that, I highly suggest you clean your GTA V Main Directory. Run the game normally without anything installed and see if it crashes. If it doesn't, install only the manual version of LSPDFR and test again.
