  1. I think you can't rebuild .rpf files.
  2. I know, that you can add parachute.wad (GTA EFLC file) to the GTA IV anim.img which opdelta wants to do I think, but also I think that GTA IV will not recognize it unless you also tweak some other files. I'm now not sure what other files OpenIV can add, but I know for sure that you can add files like .wft and wtd to something like a vehicles.img and weapons.img or componentpeds.img but question is, will the game crash or it will it recognize them if you have other files tweaked as well.

  4. I gave you the link for that model 4 days ago.

  6. No, you can't get LCPDFR, or any other mods, on PS3 or 360.
  7. You didn't had that error before? Is your game patched to the latest version? What are your system specifications? Do you have steam or disc version of the game? Are you launching the game as an a administrator?
  8. I had same problem as you when I was changing siren tones in HORNS.ivaud, and after I was done with saving the file in resident.rpf, the siren in-game will not work properly but now I can't remember how I fixed it.
  9. Well, as far as I know the only file that has options to change that kind of stuff is WeaponInfo.xml.
  10. This issue has been solved. Mvincent95 had a IBM Model M13 keyboard which is old and LCPD:FR didn't respond to ALT+P, now he has new one and LCPD:FR is working fine.
  11. To make takedowns not so bright you will have to lower the car.defaultlight.emissive.on number in visualSettings.dat file but that will also make other lights not so bright too. What you can also do is extract the texture file from the .wtd file which has light textures on it to be used with ELS then open it with graphics editing software, select takedown lights, paste black color on it and lower the opacity. That will make takedown lights to be not so bright while the other lights will not be affected.
  12. With OpenIV you can add whatever you like.
  13. In the week you have created 5 topics about what laptop you should buy, I gave you the link three times where you can ask that kind of stuff but still you are doing the same thing. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  14. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  15. Copy visualSettings.dat to TBoGTcommondata or TLADcommondata.
  16. Do you guys have steam version of the game? Have you tried using commandline parameters?
  17. I never had intention to use vanilla ELS modified police models but when I was looking for some other models I saw this small pack which are in my opinion, good looking. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  18. Are they having shootouts like every week? I hope they stay safe and continue doing their work. Also, that woman in the last clip is crazy! How can she do something like that?
  19. Just because SNT goes to 10, doesn't mean you can have 10. I think that a modeler must add them to the model. There is no other way of doing this.
  20. I meant link for the model?
