  2. Also, updated 'Less Overtaking' script: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/overtakingfix-102-f23075
  3. Do you have any modifications installed at moment besides LCPD:FR?
  4. You can remove 'Realistic Spawning for Cars' and disable ELS for AI in the ELS.ini file by switching Ai_Els_Sp = on to off.
  5. Since you have EFLC you can replace 3 more police vehicles, Police Buffalo (police3), Police Stinger (police4), Police Bike (policeb) and they are located in TBoGTpcmodelscdimagesvehicles.img but i'm not sure if it's possible to make them patrol on the streets.
  6. Have you bought the game?
  7. Or you can hit CTRL+F in trainer.ini and type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0 > click Find Next then replace 0 with 1 and everytime you start the game trainer keys will be disabled.
  8. Crown Victoria with lightbar.
  9. I need some tips and suggestions on how to properly install a lightbar on the model, I already followed hlsavior's tutorial and it was pretty easy but still not explained much and I had some issues with BxBugs123's unlocked CVPI model not importing correctly then I found out it has to do something with emerglights textures that were included with CVPI which I didn't know what to do with them. So, I downloaded BxBugs123's unlocked Chevrolet Tahoe and KevinDV's Whelen Liberty then after I finished with attaching a lightbar to a model I clicked on export and I received error "Error collecting export data. file:GTAIVExport.cpp line:94 > Part multiple instances of LOD:0 of part "extra_1" found." which means I have 2 extra_5 and extra_1 then I renamed the ones from the Tahoe, export, then in the game the model is shaking when driving, and I hope that someone can tell me what I have done wrong. I also have few questions: 1. Lightbar is little bit bigger, how can I make it smaller? 2. In order to be good at installing lighting equipment to a model, do I need to know stuff like scratch modeling and converting? 3. How long does it take to convert or scratch model something like Whelen Talon? 4. When adding a pushbar or laptop or some kind of police equipment to the model is it basically the same as adding a lightbar or you need to be more experienced ZModeler user? 4. How did you started with installing lighting and police equipment to the models?
  10. How did you launch the game as administrator, over steam shortcut or?
  11. Go to your GTA IV folder > right click on LaunchGTAIV.exe > Properties > Compatibility and check 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same for GTAIV.exe, and un-check 'Read only' for GTA IV folder and sub-folders as well.
  12. What are you system specifications? Do you have any modifications installed at the moment? Do you have disc or steam version of the game?
  13. You can try to update scripthook files by downloading and extracting them (ScriptHook.dll and ScriptHookDotNet.asi) to your GTA IV folder but make sure you first delete original ones before extracting new ones. http://www.hazardx.c...ils.php?file=83
  14. MSI Afterburner can cause crashes if it's turned on.
