This is due to the ELS VCF files, located in GTAV\ELS\pack_default You can edit those to your likings. The person who made the vehicle has this turned of in the file. It's just the settings of the vehicle you downloaded.

Try reinstalling ELS. And are you using siren mastery aswell as ELS together?

Have you also tried reinstalling the original vehicles.awc file?

I can't seem to find anything in your log. Try deleting EUP and use lspdfr with assorted callouts only, maybe these conflict because I can see : UNHANDLED EXCEPTION DURING GAME FIBER TICK And also, what game version are you on? check if assorted callouts and EUP are compatible with your version.

You have to put this in the audiohash: <audioNameHash>POLICE</audioNameHash>

Then you should wait till your mods are updated, but I think all mods work fine with the new update? Wich mods are incompatible?

You should just follow albo's tutorial first, since you didn't even know how to add something to the dlclist. Please watch that first, then ask for support if it doesn't help. But, you said in the post earlier that you got it to work?
