  1. There was just a town not far from where I live that was supposedly put on lockdown because of this. Friend of mine's girlfriend said there were State Troopers, County Sheriffs, and local PD everywhere telling people to lock their doors and stay inside. This is just scary though. I just started listening and now there is over 83,000 people listening.
  2. The only way to not have car god mode is to upgrade to ELS v8. V8 is the most recent one and one of the most stable versions yet.
  3. The processor is a little on the lower end of the FX Series. I run an FX-8320 but with a lower end GTx card, GTx 650 to be exact, and can run GTA just fine with mods and ENBs.
  4. Probably not. The Celeron line of processors aren't really built for gaming, so your performance isn't going to be great.
  5. I'm pretty sure that Sam has tried to contact R* before, but to no avail, obviously. As previously stated, it doesn't matter if they try, the likelihood of R* recognising and developing a DLC based off of/inspired by LCPDFR is practically nill. Rather than take time to write emails and whatnot, albeit a few minutes here and there, that is less time the devs have to progress the mod into future and better versions. Like ineseri said, this has been brought up before, and Sam himself has made comments on the idea.
  6. I agree, the game volume was a tad too loud, but other than that, the teaser was really good!
  7. Dang it ini! I had a thing typed up but the topic move deleted it! lol :P I don't think R* would listen to a few devs for a PC mod, they are way too big to want to do anything with LCPDFR. Also, they don't really support mods. They feature really good ones every now and again on their site, but they don't make it easy by any means for their games to be modded. I had other things I wanted to say, but I forgot them.
  8. That looks really good NB, I'm going to download it whenever you release it for sure!
  9. 370 HP for the Hemi V8 is pretty sweet for a cop car. The design is slowly starting to grow on me, I don't know. Something about it looks really cool, I guess its the lines.
  10. I really like these! I may just download them and use them in my game. Great work!
  11. I'm not Bear Grylls. lol
  12. I'm with ini here. I will literally eat just about anything. Except mushrooms, peppers, onions, lettuce, cabbage, and spinach. Lol. I can enjoy a nice granola bar here and there as well.
  13. That was pretty funny.
  14. Ok, so I figured I would try this, sorry if it is in the wrong place. I was wondering if someone would be able to make a 2012 Dodge Charger for me.I really like Christmas tree cars, and I'd like this to be one. It doesn't have to include a skin, it can be white or whatever, I can make a skin for it. Anyways!! I would love it if the car had a Whelen Edge 9000, Lights in the top of the front windscreen and one of those little 2 LED things in the front windscreen, lights in the grill and headlights, lights in the top and bottom of the rear windscreen as well as a traffic advisor, and the in the brake lights, and side running board lights Also, if the car could have a wrap around Ram bar that would be really awesome! I know this is a lot and VERy specific, but I would really appreciate if some one made this. Thank you well in advance!
  15. Umm, I don't really think that works... lol I may have to try that though. lol
  16. I use a GTX 650 with 1GB of VRAM, works perfectly fine for me. I have had issues running an ENB with low FPS lately, but it is something that I did, so the card can more than likely handle an ENB.
  17. Here is a pack of cars that has the Streethawk on them. It has a CVPI, Impala, and a Chevy Suburban. I don't know if the models are unlocked, but you can still edit liveries. Link: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/2567-street-hawk-police-pack/
  18. The thing is, someone may have an issue that no one else will have. Mods are very....difficult let's say, in terms of compatibility. They work different for everyone. Some people can play LCPDFR with a bunch of mods and not have any issues at all, and can play for hours on end. Whereas others will only have LCPDFR installed, and they have issues left and right.
  19. That is awesome! I like have different types of cars other than the usual CVPI and whatnot, so an Expedition is great!
  20. Call of Duty! lol jk. Insurgency looks really good, like c13 said. Besides that, maybe Arma 3, possibly?
  21. Justified. It has one season left and then that's it. I really enjoyed the show. I agree with The Glades, it was a really good show! The main guy already has another show. And Burn Notice was one of my favourtie shows.
  22. After I spawned back into the game, I spawned like this. I wanted to go hunting, and this was my first kill! I really need to take more pictures...
  23. I think that the resolution that the game uses is 2500x2500, or something very close to that. So if it is forcing a lower one, as previously said, it may be an issue with the format it is being exported.
  24. When you finish making your texture, make sure you save it as the Photoshop file first, then save it as a .png file. If you are using sparkIV, use this video for help: My only thought is that it was somehow imported into the game wrong. Could you provide screenshots of how you saved the files and how you imported them?
  25. That's very amazing. Really, it is.
