  1. I haven't touched the vehicles.ide file for that reason. I don't remember if I have one from a car pack of some sort though. I just know I never opened and edited it myself. Thanks Custo! I'm not at home right now, but as soon as I do get home, I'm going to try this. Thanks!
  2. I have had this issue for quite a while now, I just haven't bothered to do anything about it until now. For some reason, GTA IV reads the NOoSE car slot as being the Sultan. If I use the SNT or even the command window to spawn the NOoSE car, the right car spawns, but the name in the bottom right says Sultan. The game also uses the Sultan's engine sounds. Why is this and is there a way to fix this; it only happens on the NOoSE car.
  3. What error(s) are you getting when the game crashes? Also, run the Diagnostics Tool that is (I believe) located within the LCPDFR download file. Once you run that, post your results here and somebody may be able to help you further.
  4. I hate this question because I like too many musics! It depends on my mood as well; these past couple months I've been listening to a lot of heavy metal such as A Day to Remember and stuff like that. But I like pretty much any music apart from rap and gospel lol. This makes it extremely hard to pick out one single song that I would consider my favourite.
  5. As said before, you don't have to, but I would suggest doing the next mission or two that way Roman doesn't call and annoy you every time you start up from the save.
  6. I'm late, but great siren! I just spent about a half hour trying to find this thing! Not remembering who made it or what it was called doesn't help either...
  7. I meant that we have an essay every week that must be a minimum of 6 pages. Each one requires research and whatnot. As for repeating my senior year, I was told that if I do that, I have to find somewhere else to live and for summer school, I have to pay for it myself, and that's over $300, money that I don't have. For proofreading my essays, thank you very much for the offer! But the class that I have to do that ends next Tuesday, so I had to turn in my final paper today. Sadly I didn't have time to do that this week. I work almost everyday, plus I got fired on Tuesday because someone blamed me for mucking up a specific task at work. Luckily I did get my position reinstated as they found what they did was wrong, but between that, working, and the general stress of high school, I haven't the time to get the paper done, so I'm going to work my ass off over the weekend to try and scrape some bullshit together for a grade. Although, if my math is correct, I need to get a 70% on my midterm to be able to pass the class with a 65% D average. English is not my strong suit; but give me Physics/anything with math or anything Social Studies related and it'll be done in a flash with great scores!
  8. I am not all that proud of what I am doing currently. Up until my freshman year in High School I was; I always got "good grades" and whatnot, but once HS hit that changed. I started hanging out with new people, which despite what usually happens in HS, the people I started hanging out with are great people, just like me; none of us smoke or do drugs, and all get good grades and are in the upper level track of classes. Well except for me. Once HS started, I got my first C on my report card and it just went down hill from there. I am a smart person, or at least I am told so, but I just can't deal with the stress of school and the work associated with it. I'm constantly told by my parents that I'm a disappointment since I can't get straight A's and that I can't go to college since my GPA is a 2.7. I don't even want to go to college, I want to go to a technical school to be an auto mechanic. But because of classes that I am required to take to graduate, I probably won't. I have a class that is 18 weeks of writing 6+ page essays every week. I'm not good at writing papers so I'm failing that class and if I do fail, I either don't get my diploma at the end of the year and have to take summer school (which I can't afford) or redo my senior year of high school. The stress is literally driving me mad. The fact that no matter what I do I just can't dig myself out of the hole set by the asinine American Education system has driven me to hate what I have become as a student and taught me that I pretty much will amount to nothing in life. So I guess you could say I'm not proud of myself at all.
  9. http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/paris-magazine-attack/charlie-hebdo-shooting-12-killed-muhammad-cartoons-magazine-paris-n281266 Around 11:30 Paris time 2 gunmen stormed the offices of a Paris Satirical Magazine and gunned down multiple people of the magazines cartoons if the Islamic prophet Muhammad. According to NBC News, the office has received several threads over the years, and this is the second time the office was attacked. According to CNN, this office was also on an Al Qaeda "hit List". Both gunmen are still at large. Paris' security alert is at its highest level as well. 9 journalists were known to be shot, and at least one police officer was also shot and killed by the gunmen in a volley of fire. In one of the videos, behind a blurred bubble, the officer was shot point blank by one of the gunmen before both fled in a stolen black Citroen. I hope that whoever did this is brought to justice, in one way shape or form. That's just horrific, no matter what caused it, that's just scary.
  10. I don't get why people are saying they are going to wait to buy the game for the LCPDFR mod for V. Correct me if I am wrong here, but I didn't think people even knew to what extent GTA V was moddable, if even at all for PC. Yes Sam and the team will probably work their arses off to get a mod working, but again correct me if I am wrong, I don't expect there to be an LCPDFR mod for V for a bit of time after the release. I'm not saying there won't ever be one, but I didn't think that they were going to release a mod directly after release.
  11. The stockade handling line is for all of the stockades; that includes the Police Stockade, NOoSE Stockade, and the Gruppe6 Stockade.
  12. For future reference, this has everything you may need to replace the original files. http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta4/file-backups/
  13. I always love seeing things like this. It is an uplifting experience when most of the time police encounters are for a negative reason. When I see LEOs do different things like this, and the officer in LA who pulled people over and gave them $100 for safe driving, can just make somebody's day so much better.
  14. When you say "changing ELS Lights," do you me the light that shows up in the environment? Or do you mean the ELS lights on the car?
  15. This looks really cool. I enjoy a good looking WWII game, and I think I will have to give this a try.
  16. So then they don't care about the torture mission where you mercilessly beat and torture a guy for fun pretty much? There was also violence against women in GTA IV...
  17. Unfortunately, all of the police cars have the same kind of interior. It seems that rather than give each car a unique interior, R* just did the interiors based on car class; all SUVs have the same interior, all sports cars have the same interior, all trucks have the same interior, so on and so forth.
  18. I am currently reading the transcripts from the grand jury case, which have been released here: http://edition.cnn.com/interactive/2014/11/us/ferguson-grand-jury-docs/index.html According to this, there was no reason to indite Officer Wilson. There is sufficient evidence to prove that he acted in self defense because of Brown's actions toward Wilson, and how Wilson was not able to aptly defend himself. As stated in Officer Darren Wilson's testimony, he was unable to reach for his OC Spray because the OC spray was located on the left side of Officer Wilson's duty belt. Officer Wilson's left arm was in use because he was trying to hold Michael Brown's arm in the air to stop him form striking him. Wilson also stated that his collapsible baton and flashlight were out of question because the officer's flashlight was out of reach, and the officer's baton needed to be extended, and there was insufficient room inside the patrol vehicle to do so. Officer Wilson's only line of defense was his service weapon. When Officer Wilson drew his weapon, he verbally warned Brown that he would open fire if he did not back away. Brown grabbed Wilson's gun and pushed it back into Wilson's hip, attempting to pull the trigger. Wilson got his weapon free and did the only thing he could do to stop Brown from beating him; Wilson fired is weapon twice. Once striking Brown through the car door, and the second one missing. After Brown was initially hit, he turned to run. Wilson got out of the car and gave foot chase, yelling for Brown to stop and get on the ground. Brown did not comply. Brown turned, placed his left hand in a fist at his side, and placed his right hand in the waistband of his pants and began charging at Officer Wilson. Wilson gave more orders for Brown to stop and get on the ground. Brown still did not comply. Wilson did what he thought was necessary to stop the threat; Wilson followed his training and fired until the threat was down.
  19. I enjoy non-fiction books very much, but I also enjoy the fiction books. 2 of my all-time favourite books are Into the Fire by Dakota Meyer; it's about the battle that lead to him being awarded the Medal of Honor. And my other is Black Hawk Down.
  20. We need more information than that. What kind of processor is it; just AMD 6 core doesn't really tell us anything. The graphics card isn't all that great, the memory is decent depending on what the rest of your specs are.
  21. I forgot to add a few cars to my previous list. I'd also love to own a 2015 BMW M3, preferably with a manual gearbox if available; 2015 Dodge Dart in orange with a manual gearbox; and one of those big Mercedes 6x6 things. I just saw a Saabkyle04 video of one that was Brabus tuned to 700 brake horsepower; I'd also love an AM General Hummer, the original one before GM took over; and a Hummer H1 Alpha, one of the ones after GM took over. a 2003 Nissan Xterra SE S/C, that's the supercharged one that they didn't make very many of; and 2015 Corvette Stingray in all black.
  22. Easiest way to find out how to put mods in game is by looking on YouTube. It's no use downloading mods if you don't know how to install them into your game.
  23. So last night I picked up my copy of GTA V for my Xbox One. First thoughts, there is nothing different than the first release. However, after I completed the first mission and was able to free-roam a bit, that changed. There is a great amount of new content added; all of the DLC cars for online are now available to steal in singleplayer; there is much more traffic than before, which makes it harder to do 1,000,000 mph everywhere (lol); the police lights...they are actually red and blue now! They look amazing as well; and I saw another thread here that said the different cars have different siren, but I haven't tried to find out yet. I love that your GTA:O character can carry over too. The graphics are a tad bit better than before, but I can't see a noticeable difference. Also, if you're a member of the RGSC, there are some cool perks like hidden cars and a few other things as well. I haven't gotten to explore the wilderness very much yet, so I'm not a hundred percent sure about the added wildlife. The first-person view is really cool too; if you're wearing any type of mask or glasses, you can tell, especially the glasses as there is some tint on the screen. It does take some getting used to though. With that said, I am kinda bummed that your story mode data didn't transfer over. But I understand that it is because that data is stored on your hard drive. I don't really want to replay the story mode all over again, but I will do it if I have to. All in all I'd say that R* did a great job in bringing GTA V to the next-gen consoles, and I hope this bodes well for the eventual port to PC. What are your opinions of GTA V on the next-gens? Do you like it? Or hate it? Leave your thoughts below!!
  24. I like a diverse selection of cars. I know there are more that I want, but I just can't remember off the top of my head right now what they are. lol.
  25. Considering that the pretty much all of the protests are based almost solely off of race, I do not support them, at all. I can almost guarantee that if it was the other way around, a black cop shot a white guy, none of this would have happened. But, that's all opinions I guess. Also, the fact that there are conflicting reports of what happened, the kid was surrendering and the cop just decided to shoot him, or there was an altercation and the officer had no choice, makes me not want to take sides even more. But I know I do not support the protesters. People wonder why the police have riot gear and these armoured vehicles; its for the violent protesters that are throwing gas bombs, rocks, and other objects at them.
