  1. Why did I have to see this topic.... I'd love to own the following: 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS with a 454 Big Block engine swap and a 5 speed manual gearbox in Hugger Orange with black racing stripes; a 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 with a 5 speed manual gearbox in Hugger orange with black stripes; a 2014 Ford Focus ST in black; a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel that is all black and has a small lift kit on it, nothing obnoxious, and a manual gearbox; a Mercedes C63 AMG Black Edition; Mercedes SLS AMG Black; Jaguar F-Type Coupe; 1998 Toyota Supra; 2014 Ford Fiesta ST in orange; 1967 Shelby GT500E, that Eleanor from Gone in 60 Seconds; and lastly, a Ferrari 458 Italia, it is one of the best looking cars in the world, in my opinion. There we go; if I didn't have to worry about money or anything like that, those are the cars I would have. lol.
  2. Woo! I work tonight, but I will totally be putting this in my game tomorrow! I am using v2.7 or whatever the newest version is and I love it!
  3. They should be, but because of the First Amendment, they can never really be eliminated. If anyone tries to take any sort of legal action against them about their beliefs, nothing will really happen. Any such action can be taken to the Supreme Court, and as wrong as it may be morally, get overturned and deemed unconstitutional. Same goes for the Westboro Baptist Church; both groups are protected with their actions and whatnot because of that First Amendment. it's shitty, but we can't really do anything sadly.
  4. I do not know exactly how all of the ELS mapping and what not works in the 3D programs, but I would imagine that you would assign the spotlights to which ever extras you want them to be assigned to.
  5. Isn't that the Russians/Eastern Europeans?
  6. I'm not too good with sirens, but my guess is either an SS2000, or some kind of Whelen 295 series siren. In my town, the police and EMS aren't allowed to use their sirens or air horns whilst in a parade because it could scare small children. They also aren't allowed to toss candy out of the vehicles because it could harm small children. So instead they either have to drop it right next to the vehicle, or have somebody walk down the road handing candy to every kid.
  7. But we aren't eating salmon...xD WHAT I LEARNED IN BOATING SCHOOL IS that E. Coli, in certain forms, can be harmful. I think I remember learning that in my biology class as well. Dairy Queen has a cookie dough blizzard, I highly suggest it. When I worked there, I'd "borrow" cup-fulls of it and take it home with me. Raw cookie dough is like a small child's crack. Once you have it, you will always want more.
  8. Oh...I thought that was Minecraft, but no. I think that might be worse...
  9. I personally find no issues with the Community Team. Yes they are slow sometimes, I am still trying to talk to a mod about my issues with the site not working at my house, but as others have said previously, real-life comes first. With their jobs and personal lives to deal with, the jobs that they do on this site is pretty good IMO. Yes there will be some things that slip through the cracks unnoticed, but for the most part, the moderators moderate pretty efficiently. I think of it this way; the Community team would is like a small sheriffs office with 15 or 20 officers, policing a much larger community of lets say around 200,000 people. They do as much as they can, and rely on the upstanding citizens to keep the crime and law/rule-breaking to a minimum. But there will be those instances where they aren't able to deal with something, or they miss something. This may seem like a scatter-brain response, I'm quite tired at the moment.
  10. Well fuck me; my PC is a gaming PC and is quite as a mouse whilst playing BF3 on Very High settings, but sounds like a Category 38804367109467 hurricane whilst playing IV. I just hope I can support V on it. My specs aren't even that bad either!
  11. I went the cheap route and bought myself a pair of Turtlebeach X12s to use between my PC, 360, and Xbox One. I have worn them for 9+ hours before and never really had any issues with them pushing my glasses into mein kopf. The wires are pretty irritating, the sound quality isn't as good as the higher priced headsets, but then again, the X12s are like $50 USD. I don't mind them, I find that they are good enough for myself, and I mostly listen to music if I'm not playing games on my PC. I will eventually upgrade to more expensive headsets, but in the meantime, these seem to do the job just fine.
  12. I have one of Logitech's basic steering wheels from like 6 years ago. I forget the model, but I know it is red. lol. I thought about using a wheel for GTA IV, but I just never set it up. I have used it for ETS2 though, quite fun. I'd love to buy one of those G25/G27 wheels, but they are expensive and I haven't any money. :(
  13. In my opinion, we should get rid of them. I just sat through a debate in one of my classes about this exact topic. I believe that a letter grade (for schooling) should not decide your future success, both socially and academically. I feel that teachers do not teach for the benefit of the student and their education, but for the benefit of themselves. Why? Because if a teacher fails to properly prepare a student for the standardized tests that tell how much money a school will get, that teacher will most likely lose their job, and get replaced. I mainly feel this way because I am a senior in high school, and having slacked off my first 2 and a half years, I screwed myself over in terms of getting into college. I barely hung onto a 2.5 GPA for all of high school, and most colleges don't accept students with GPAs under 3.0. I know that I am much smarter than what the letter grades and GPA number dictate, but because of how the current system works, I am most likely not going to be able to get into college. I had a few other points I wanted to make, but I forgot what they were. If I remember what they were, I'll edit this. EDIT: I finally remembered what I wanted to add to this; Since I am in my senior year of high school, I have to take a required English class called Composition. This class is supposed to teach you how to properly write essays, ranging from one paragraph all the way up to multiple page essays. What I don't understand, and I have asked the question to various administrators in my building/district, is way are seniors who are preparing to graduate, have to take this class? If they wanted students to learn how to properly write essays, why not teach the class to them while they are in 7th grade, the grade in which we learn the formal way of writing (proper MLA format and all that flub dub). Teach it this way, and by the time the students enter their final years of high school, they will already know howto properly write the essays, and wouldn't have to stress about writing a multiple page paper in less than a week, while they have other class' homework, jobs they may have, and applying to college! IMO, there are many things that are wrong with the education system in America, but considering that we have used the same system for so long, I highly doubt there will be the slightest bit of change, if any. /rant over
  14. I will be sitting in school waiting to go home. Granted the History Club at my school is having a panel of Veterans come in and talk about things. I'm not sure what about, but I do know that my grandfather will be there! So I will be thanking my grandfather for his service as an Air Force Medic during Vietnam; even though he signed up to be a Military Police officer, not a medic. lol.
  15. This all looks very promising, although I have a hard time taking you seriously with a pizza with a Santa hat on as your profile picture. We have ini to thank for that... Back on topic: With what looks like the addition of Marine units into LCPDFR, that'll bring a whole new aspect to the game! Can't wait to see what you guys have lying around for the future!
  16. I don't really care for politics all that much. It seems like people just faffing about and not achieving much. I agree with whoever said it before; the government is here to serve the people, not stand around and yell at each other. As long as shit gets done, I don't care which party won, or who won, just so that what they promise to fix and do, gets done.
  17. BAM! Here is a picture of a motorized barstool: '>
  18. Any person operating any vehicle that can be moved by a human, whether human-powered or engine-powered, under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be charged with DUI/DWI. That includes, but not limited to: golf cart, tractor, riding lawnmower, motorized coolers, motorized bar stools, cars, bicycles, hovercrafts, horses, motorbikes, ATVs, and boats. My opinion, any of these modes of transportation, if not used properly, can injure, or even kill people. I wholly agree with the consequences that come with a DUI/DWI. I think that there was even an episode of COPS where they got reports of a man riding a horse dangerously, and they found him to be drunk and charged him with DUI/DWI.
  19. I mean, I've seen retired fuzz-wagons that civvies own that are black and white, but never a right-out-of-the-factory police car B&W paint job. lol
  20. My guess is because what civilian car is black and white. I think that the paint colors just stand out from the normal single colored cars. Just my $0.02
  21. As long as your relationship doesn't include the Radiomaster, all should be well.
  22. I normally play for an hour or two, and when I'm done, I don't feel like going through all of the steps to go off duty. But that is just how I play.
  23. I would have to watch Monty Python's: The Meaning of Life to answer your question.
  24. Considering I play GTA IV solely for LCPDFR, I just Alt+P then force duty to go on duty. Patrol and take calls. Then when I'm done, I just close out GTA IV.
