That video was scary. Is it bad that I kind of chuckled at the guy recording when he said, "Lord have mercy. Fuck" like it was nothing? Back on topic, well I really don't know anything about sirens, they do. I just wanted to comment on the video.

Does anyone know where I can pick up an off-road Cannis Mesa that Merryweather use, for on and offline use? I had one saved with Michael for a while but now it's gone. I just liked it because it was huge, plus I need it to match my Sandking SWB. lol.

Just doing some speed traps with my co-workers. Trevor doesn't like NOoSE. Just scouting the highways of Los Santos and Blaine Counties. A beautiful view from the top of Mt. Chiliad.

I run an 8 core AMD 8320 perfectly fine, haven't had any problems with it at all. Back on topic; That sounds like a pretty good rig. I bought mine pre-built and it cost me about $600 USD.

It's a ruse! I downloaded it and the file only contained 3 things, a picture, how to install textures, and the download link to LCPDFR.com and Cj24's CVPI, which isn't the one pictured. :/

I just saw a video included in another thread and it reminded me of a CVPI that I used when I first started playing LCPDFR. I had it saved somewhere but when I got my new PC, i lost it. Chances are, if he took it down, it will be extremely hard to find, if you're even able to find it at all. Modders do things like that so people can't rip their models. Google might help, but beyond that, the lightbar may be gone until he releases it again, if at all.

This. This is the best worded thing I've read so far. Take guns away, beatings and stabbings go up. Take knives and guns away, beatings soar and bombings may happen. Kids can still take tools out of a metal shop or wood shop class room and stab others. They can take pencils and do it. There is just no way to make schools 100% safe. Metal detectors can get everything, and even then, there will be ways.

I don't think so. I just searched Federal Signal StreetHawk on the website and found a pack of cars with StreetHawks made my Packers29. I wanted a CVPI with a StreetHawk since it was what the MPD used before they got LED bars. -
As I read up and listen to the news, the kid was a B+ student, well liked, and never drank or took drugs. He was almost never bullied. He just ran through the halls and various classrooms slashing and stabbing people with an expressionless face. Very scary to think.

When you create the file in Photoshop, or whatever you create it in, you save it as a .png file, then import it into the actual .wtd file itself using either OpenIV or SparkIV.

To me, this just proves that if you get rid of guns, people can still find ways to hurt large amounts of people. I think that all of the tomfoolery with gun control and whatnot is just that.

Well thank you! My grandfather was a police officer for I don't know how many years, and never once did he shoot someone.He has been retired now for 17 years I think. Yes, I'm 17 and he retired when I was born. He said that he has been shot at and that he has shot back, but he never killed someone. At least as a police officer, he was a medic in Vietnam, but I won't ask him much about that mainly because I don't know how he feels about it.

Back on topic, people need to realize that, yes there are some cops who take it way to far, but a police officer only uses excessive force when he feels that his life, his fellow officers lives, and the general publics' lives are at risk. It seems to me that people don't think about this. When you hear about a shooting on the news that involved a cop, 99.99999% of the time, they only shot because that was all they could do, not because they wanted to. They shot because the suspect did something that warranted the officer to discharge his weapon. But I think they, in the video, used a good amount of force in order to subdue the suspect.
