    Isn’t it just easier to temporarily remove all plugins and start from scratch? Add two at a time and soon you’ll know which one is causing the problems. Just my two cents.

    Edit the VCF for the car. For example police.xml. Change “red” to “blue”. I guess you’re using ELS.

    Yea. The gameconfig isn’t specific to a vehicle pack, it’s specific to the game itself. It allows you to have more cars.

    What’s in your mods folder? Whatever is in there might cause a crash. Rename it to mods_ and try again.

    I guess that you are using a trainer. They can spawn enemies like that when u press certain keys. Check your keybindings. Good luck!

    I get the same phenomena. I guess it’s some kind of clash between arrest manager and lspdfr that both wants to take care of he prisoner. A solution is to use just lspdfrs transport.

    You can use the plugin called Stickywheels for that if you want.

    It’s probably because of the windows tint. Google windows tint fix lspdfr. It’s easy to fix. I hope you get to enjoy the truck :)

    The trainer does that. Find the .ini and disable the key binding.

    I don't think you can since it's a part of the model itself. Only the creator can do that.
