  4. Yes and then it worked fine after clicking story mode and then LSPDFR crashed before I loaded in
  5. It loaded as normal but nothing happened with GTA V. EDIT When I click story mode RPH launches and then LSPDFR crashes
  6. It is empty I just made it when installing the OpenIV ASIs
  7. I have been having this issue for a few days now, I have reinstalled GTA V, uninstalled all mods, restarted my PC, and added GTA V, installed both LSPDFR and RPH manually to make sure they were not outdated, and added RPH as an exception on Windows Defender. I have also ran RPH without plugins to no avail. When I launch Rage Plugin Hook I will get a black screen for about 10 seconds, and then I will crash. When I launch GTA V by itself, it will run fine with no crashing. After a reinstall, it makes me run RPH with elevated privileges even though Steam is not administrator mode. 8. Whenever I do ForceDuty or go into the Locker Room to go on duty, LSPDFR crashes and I am either stuck in the locker room until I alt + F4, or LSPDFR just turns off and I have to reload it. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? I also have pictures of all my plugins. RagePluginHook_05052019_181419.log
