  1. Please apply fix 5, make sure you installed 0.90F > hotfix 1 > hotfix 2 > fix 5.
  2. Looks like a possible issue with ScriptHookDotNet. Update it/verify it's installed.
  3. Make sure you are pressing F12 (the NOOSE backup button for pursuits).
  4. It will only work with injured pedestrians in sight, those limping. Will not work on those on the floor. Apply CPR instead.
  5. Would be good. A speech command like "I need everyone to evacuate the area IMMEDIATELY!"
  6. The disregard might happen if you are travelling too quickly and not responding to the incident (pressing Y/N) quickly. You should press either in the first 10 seconds. There is no hotfix 3. Install 0.90F, apply hotfix 1, hotfix 2 then fix 5.
  7. You need to update AdvancedHook in fix5.
  8. Print Screen, upload.
  9. Reinstall 0.90F, apply hotfix 1 then apply hotfix 2 then apply fix 5. you can press alt+u again to get another hat/remove current hat.
  10. run the diagnostics tool in downloads
  11. Hi there! Have you installed 0.90F then applied Hotfix 1 then Hotfix 2 then Fix5? Everything appears to be fine. Suggestion for developers: Implement a LCPDFR version checker in Diagnostics tool
  12. Please provide a screenshot.
  13. ~Topic up for deletion~
  14. Please make sure you have EFLC installed. You also need to install LCPDFR 0.90F then apply Hotfix 1 then hotfix 2 then Fix5.
  15. Everything appears to be working fine. Re-install 0.90F then apply Hotfix 1 then hotfix 2 then Fix 5.
  16. You can just turn off LCPDFR by using ALT+P. Otherwise, if you are still pressing the keys then you will need to remove ScriptHookDotNet.asi and dsound.dll from your folder. (what I do to play multiplayer)
  17. Please apply fix 5 to hotfix 2.
  18. You cannot play online with non-mod players with dsound OR xliveless. You can play dsound with people who have mods. I'm not sure about xliveless and online with people who have mods.
  19. The latest fix is fix 5. What seems to be the problem with it? And any issues with Fix 4. I think some people are just waiting for the next version of LCPDFR, so they won't have to apply 2 hotfixes and a fix.
  20. Not sure if there's still a conflict between GTAIV and ELS. How about trying the manual install for BOGT?
  21. The controls are available in your LCPDFR folder default: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Scripts - click FirstResponse.ini (the one that looks like a notepad file!). You can also change the controls in there but be sure to back it up first.
  22. Just use Free Mode and invite your friends for now. A multiplayer system is coming in the next version I believe.
  23. Hi, welcome to LCPDFR forums! Thank you for posting the diagnostic log and Script logs. Have you applied 0.90F Hotfix 1, then Hotfix 2 then Fix 5 for Hotfix 2? Make sure you are running GTA4 as an administrator.
  24. That just means the issue was Visual C++. I'll remember next time to ask for diagnostics log, so in future others won't need to reinstall.
