Yes, LCPDFR will automatically install an asiloader and ScriptHook. You do however must have .NET Framework 4 and C++ 2010 Redistributable.

You can play multiplayer by pressing ALT+P (like in SP) in GTA IV's Multiplayer Free Mode. There is no "added" multiplayer feature as of yet.

Textures problem? Does problem occur all the time? Does it occur with no EFLC?

Whilst checking the driver's ID/licence, it (LCPDFR not MDC) could check for any outstanding warrants and generate random stuff.

Do you have C++ 2010 x86 not x64? You do not need to move your GTAIV files and do not - this will cause issues when starting the game and future uninstalling/repairing etc.

IF numpad 4 activated, suspect exit vehicle.

Would need LCPDFR to generate plates for vehicles when mod is installed.

Could you re-confirm you have dsound.dll in your GTAIV root folder and not xliveless.dll?
