I was just literally about to make a request thread in the LCPDFR forums for this siren. Thank you so much!; you just can't beat that powercall sound; reminds me of the older episodes of COPS :D. The middle tone sounds a bit odd though, the one at 0:19 through 0:22 in the video. The looping isn't quite right. Other than that, great job. :)

I did stumble across these pictures; I mentioned older episodes of COPS several times in which this generation LTD Crown Vic was used, and I remembered what particular department used them in the episodes I saw. The distinct color-scheme probably helped that memory as well; San Diego Sheriffs sure do know how to stand out!

I've been using this ENB that works with ELS - it provides impressive results. It says it is for EFLC but it works perfectly fine in GTA IV 1.0.7.0 - The majority of my gallery is at night, using this ENB. See if it suits your wants/needs - :D

I don't think there are that many that have the insane texture-making skills that you posses, Strike. The texture looks fantastic in-game and does add much needed LCPD/NYPD charm to the Monaco. Any chance of getting an all-red or red/blue MARS Skybolt lightbar?

While it is true that many larger departments did not use the LTD Crown Victoria, many smaller ones did. If you take a look at some of the older COPS episodes, for example, you can spot quite a few among Caprices and Diplomats/Gran Furys. Also, the LAPD did in fact use the 1988-1991 LTD Crown Vic. Here's a photo from the 1992 LA Riots, and in it you can see the unmistakeable taillight patters of the 1988-1991 LTD Crown Victoria. I've seen a few documentaries on the riots as well, and the majority of them have period footage of both box-Caprice and LTD Crown Vics from the LAPD on the streets. I know that Boston Police used them as well; And here's one other good example. In the OJ Simpson chase, if you look behind the Caprice that is directly behind OJ's Bronco, you can see the headlights and square-body of a 1988-1991 LTD Crown Victoria. Farther back, to the right of that white Toyota Van and the 1992-1997 Crown Victoria you can see two more of them.

Absolutely beautiful; now if only the MARS Skybolt lightbar could be in all red or red/blue.

Thanks, Strike; I don't know what I would've done without ya. Same to you, Intensified. :D - An aerodynamic lightbar w/ ELS will look fantastic in game atop this LTD Vic, as will the car itself.

Great job. I'd just like to point out that the textures for the CVPI do not line up correctly on the Driver San Francisco model, however. -
We've definitely needed some Nassau Police textures to complement the NYPD/LCPD and Suffolk ones already out there. Great job! :D

No problem; your Marbella has easily become one of my favorite cars released for GTA IV of all time; it looks great as a police vehicle. Can't wait for those multiple liveries either; it would look great as a GTA Vice City cop car as well as others including a classic NYPD. Also, I've already posted this as a comment on the file, but is there any chance of getting a version without the pushbar? -

Long suspected of being a front to an illicit automobile chop-shop, the LCPD finally had gathered enough evidence and warrants to perform a raid on a particular Auto-Body shop on Gibson St. Quite a bit of evidence was recovered, including a stolen 1973-1975 El Camino, a 1980-1987 Ford LTD Crown Victoria, and a 1969-1974 Mercury Monterey parked in the front lot of the facility. There were two police vehicles used in this raid; taximan5's excellent Police Marbelle - And Solo's Dodge Monaco posted by Strike - with my LAPD texture - -
I never thought that my absolute favorite police car in GTA IV would ever be one of the unlicensed cars that came from the original game. This police Marbelle is fantastic; I love the ELS compatibility and the template is greatly appreciated. What are the chances of getting a version without the GoRhino pushbar?
