delete all the police cars from your patchday15 and start adding them one by one naming them there proper names such as "police,police2,police3" then load your game if that dosent work take a screen shot of your patchday15/openIV shit and upload it here

so i had this exact same issue couldint figure it out for the life of me until i selected load no plugins in the rage hook options then i would just load LSPDFR from the menu inside GTA V and it works perfectly try that out

set ragehook to load all plugins or learn the F4 window commands either way this should be solved by actually reading the read-me included with stuff

i cant even get mine to load past a crashing black screen it dosent do anything period................

most definitely what he said its a total ELS thing use to drive me crazy to it would also happen whenever i was toggling threw my siren modes

I second this.  I'm looking forward to not using such resource heavy mods and using less non-callout plugins.

like you force duty then get into a car drive off and the first time your out your game freezes? with every police car? or just one in particular? 

Okay, I had this issue and found out my error. This is a very simple thing you may have missed, like myself, all it is, is try to make sure that your mods folder has the actual update folder in it, not the contents of the update folder. If that does not make sense, make sure when going into your mods folder, you see an update folder, not the other 2.

To add, it doesn't matter who you point a gun at, they will attack you.  If you have to arrest someone in Davis or some gang area, use the flash light to take them down.  The AI doesn't become hostile then.

Are you in the Davis/gang area when doing this?  If so, that's the cause.

Quite a condescending reply to someone offering you the correct solution.
Your friend was incorrect adding the vehicle to the latest patch folder will ensure that it appears in game. 

Your friend used to be correct about that.  Patchday3 used to work, but Rockstar changed something to where only the latest patchday works.  I don't believe your friend still actively plays LSPDFR, because patchday3 absolutely does not work for vehicle replacements.
