The problem is simple. 1: My LSPDFR crashes when i get out of a police vehicle, when the feet touches the ground thats where the Game Freezes for 2 seconds and LSPDFR Crashes.

like you force duty then get into a car drive off and the first time your out your game freezes? with every police car? or just one in particular? 

yes, and with all police cars and vehicles and yes on duty offduty its normal

Well i have installed some custom uniforms?

 

then that is your problem delete them i had the same issue once see if that works

But what i dont get is i just type in the Console ForceDuty and i spawn a car i dont have any Custom uniforms on just a regular Franklin and it still does it

im not sure about that aspect of it but go about doing the uniform delete thing im sure thats the cause of your problems
