The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Do you guys have any old version back ups?, check your documents. Open IV sometimes backs up your game and hides old versions in there under " My Games " , my only suggestion would be to use an older version. I am using the old version of GTA V, Scripthook V, and RAGE Plugin Hook and everything is working fine.
