Soo i rebuilt my game and everything was fresh and running good had all the scrips and plugins working just fine. but now all the sudden when i try to arrest someone they just try to fight me, and when i fire my weapon red dots pop up all over my mini map with random people trying to kill me.Any ideas?

Are you in the Davis/gang area when doing this?  If so, that's the cause.

like said above your in a part of the map that wont tolerate police presence lol

To add, it doesn't matter who you point a gun at, they will attack you.  If you have to arrest someone in Davis or some gang area, use the flash light to take them down.  The AI doesn't become hostile then.

i thought you where able to arrest people without pointing a gun at them? i know i can

You can, but for mostly everyone, that breaks at some point during gameplay and forces you to use a weapon.

That sounds like Davis area. Good ol Grove Street! 

I am having the same issue. Who-, where- and whenever I try to arrest someone, they start to fight me, and there is nothing I can do to make them stop. And if you aim at anyone in a car with a gun, they will jump out and fight you.  I found out that using "Everyone ignores player" fixes the issue, but then other units will just freeze while in vehicles.
