  1. Sorry, I still don't understand you. You said: So they already should be there. If not, so what did you tested then?
  2. You should have to install these plugins one by one, so what do you mean "finally drop all of them"?
  3. WoutersCalloutsV, Wilderness Callouts (use Forestry Callouts), Definitive Callouts (not stable), DeLuca's County Callouts (including dlGlobal.dll)
  4. The log you have to post, is the RagePluginHook.log, file located in GTAV main folder, not the logs folder.
  5. Seems you missed few outfits.
  6. Attach RagePluginHook.log, file in GTA V main folder, not from the logs folder
  7. When you get stuck. On Story Mode loading screen.
  8. If that's so, I'm really confused. Is your GTAV on HDD? Maybe it's just need some time to load? Usually verifying game files or disabling mods folder helps, but if even clean GTAV wont load I can only suggest that it need some time. But I could be wrong so.
  9. Did you tried that?
  10. It's right after police flashing lights? Or while joining to Story mode?
  11. Same location Grand Theft Auto V\Redistributables\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe, but not sure it'll help you.
  12. You could try 2010, also in Grand Theft Auto V\Redistributables\VCRed you can find vcredist_x86.exe, and DirectX as well, try install this. As far as I understand updating Video Drivers didn't help?
  13. Video driver, but you may install microsoft visual c++ as well, but I really don't remember what version (year) you need.
  14. I suggest you to remove: Wilderness Callouts (use Forestry Callouts instead), PoliceLifeS, Traffic Policer (or install this version). Update: UrbanCallouts
  15. Just rename mods folder to _mods and launch base GTAV, try to join Story Mode. so even with clean copy of GTAV you have infinity loading screen? Tell me more about it. Also try to update drivers and/or try this, not sure but might help.
  16. If you have problem even with base GTAV then I think you should try to disable mods folder, rename it to _mods, and try again, if it'll not help, try to verify game files.
  17. I think it's becouse one of the callouts, and I thinks it's KucheraCallouts. Also make sure you have CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll installed in GTAV Main folder, I didn't find any string that you missing it, but just in case. Also I suggest to delete RichsPoliceEnhancements.
  18. Don't you trying to add all those cars under one Vehicle tag? You don't have to. Like for PD agancy PD cars, for SD agancy sheriff cars etc. Like if you have 7 police cars, 100/7 and you'll get 5 cars with chance 14 and 2 with 15. Add it for Los Santos area, and so on.

  20. Yeap, so now I see only one thing to do is install all plugins one-by-one and test it out to find a culprit. In console (F4) use ReloadAllPlugins and ForceDuty command, so you don't have to reload your game each time.

Maybe something wrong with some mod in mods folder (vehicle/weapon/etc), try to revert changes deleting mods one-by-one. Or you can always start new mods folder.

It's a diagnostic measure, make sure you have these installed Gameconfig or Gameconfig (choose one) HeapAdjuster Packfile Limit Adjuster Resource Adjuster
  23. Uhm.. Are you sure you loading game via RagePluginHook.exe? Also make sure it's hooked.
  24. If you use Ultimate Backup, you have to change DefaultRegions.xml, SpecialUnits.xml and CustomRegions.xml. Here is example: <LosSantosCounty> - it's an area/agancy where cars will be spawn. Look for <Vehicle> tag, add your vehicle in the bottom like mine (SHERIFF3), if your <Vehicle> tag has chance, in totall for all vehicles in one tag summ shall not exceed 100. If you use vanilla one, go to GTAV/lspdfr/data folder, in agancy.xml Look for agancy you want to change (Los Santos County Sheriff), and add your vehicle under <Vehicles> tag (like mine sheriff3). Also you can add addon car to garage, change duty_selection.xml. Scroll to <VehicleDescriptions> tag and add your vehicle here. If you use EUPFR, it's the same way, but you have to go into GTAV/lspdfr/data/custom. Change agency_addons.xml, agency_eupfr.xml and duty_selection_eupfr.xml the same way as for vanilla.
