Send new log. CalloutsInterfaceAPI.dll doesn't belong inside Plugins/LSPDFR folder, so I'm kind of wondering how it even worked before.

Relocate CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll from Plugins/LSPDFR to GTAV Main folder. And try again.

Download 100% save, make sure when you launching game RPH is hooked, set LSPDFR to load on startup or load it manually from console.

Both or. Try firsly install Gameconfig , Heapadjuster , Packfile Limit adjuster, if game will continue crashing make new mods folder.

It means something wrong with mods folder. Make sure you have Gameconfig or Gameconfig (choose one) HeapAdjuster Packfile Limit Adjuster If it doesn't help go through all your mods deleting one-by-one. Or just start fresh mods folder.

Do you have RAGENativeUI installed? Make sure it's the last version. But I don't like Exception type: System.AccessViolationException Exception message: Es wurde versucht, im geschützten Speicher zu lesen oder zu schreiben. Delete OpenIV.ASI and OpenCamera, Reinstall ASI load and OpenIV.ASI, then reinstall scripthookV, and try this SHVDN (or this). Do it in exect order I described.

I guess you can add Emergency vehicle flag into vehicles.meta, but I really not sure, give it a shot and see what happens.

Are you able to load base GTAV?

Because you having game crash, not the LSPDFR. You was having "freeze" problem, it doesn't connected to EUP:FR, all you have to do is change Plugin Timeout to fix it. Sometimes LSPDFR takes to long to load and RPH forcefully terminates it. But now you have game crash, which usually indicates that you messed up game files. The game doesn't even have time to load a single plugin before crashing, so it's should be some of the mods.

Go to plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice Open custom.ini and change DispatchKey=

In GTAV main folder.

EUP itself doesn't have custom folder, it's different addon called EUP:FR.

Try load base GTAV. If you'll load into story mode try again with RPH. And please, attach RagePluginHook.log file next time.

In lspdfr.ini set Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000

Remove TAGsCallouts, Immersive Dispatch was merged with Grammar Police so I suggest to delete it as well, and try again.

Reinstall IPT.Common.dll from CalloutInterface archive and try again, you have 1.3.0.0 installed from LidarGun which is outdated.

You can load your game? At least base GTAV, without RPH?

Forget about LSPDFR for a moment, we dealing with game crash, you said you able to load game with mods folder renamed which means Issue - mods folder. Revert reacent changes deleting mods one-by-one. Or start new mods folder.
