The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

My plugins folder is empy

I installed MANY plugins, and after i installed a viusal mod i think, my whole plugins folder is empty. 
And if i press f4 ingame, the console isnt showing up. Trainer V is showing up

Uhm.. Are you sure you loading game via RagePluginHook.exe? Also make sure it's hooked.
