It prevents spam bots, SQL injection and DDOS, it's in the sites interest to keep it there. It also speeds up the site if I remember correctly.

You should be able to just edit the .ini and then use the "reloadscripts" command in the console to reload it.

I would download and install the first 3 and then install LCPDFR. If you have any more problems, run the diagnostics tool (As a admin) and then post the results here.

Well, I have my siren set to the letter Q, when I press and hold it down (Whilst the siren is off) it plays the airhorn.
