The file he linked is just that truck, but with a different skin.

Considering he is right, you should seriously rethink who you call "dumbo". Especially after you called the Royal Canadian Fire Department "RCMP"

The RCMP skin was a skin made a long time ago as a contest in the RCMP clan they (as far as i know)  do not use it anymore and is not up for download
