Personally I like Intel, but my last AMD also did me a great service. However you have to know, that if you decide to switch brands completely, you will have to switch out your mainboard for sure.

CPU is probably what brakes most. It's a dual core after all.

You can't really expect a good performance with ENB and all-modded cars with your hardware. It's far from "decent", more to the "outdated AMD" side.

take a screenshot of your GTA IV root directory and your ELS.ini.

Love it. I only hope they do GTA Online with dedicated (private run) servers. This would be the ultimate chance at a proper multiplayer with custom gamemodes.
