There isn't an in general "best" car pack. It ultimately comes down to personal preference. That said, these are some of my personal favorites.

Just add a new vehicle line. So if you have: <Vehicle>police</Vehicle> <Vehicle>police2</Vehicle> <Vehicle>police3</Vehicle> You would add: <Vehicle>hwaycar</Vehicle> So it looks like this: <Vehicle>police</Vehicle> <Vehicle>police2</Vehicle> <Vehicle>police3</Vehicle> <Vehicle>hwaycar</Vehicle> Note that the V in vehicle has to be capitalized each time.

I'm not too sure on that. There is a mod out there that puts police vehicles into the normal flow of traffic, but I don't know if there's one that lets you customize it. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/cops-back-on-the-beat

My biggest issue with it was that fires didn't dissipate. Granted, this might've been my computer at the time not having the power for it, but still. That game was terrible. That's another reason I despise these no-name developers and publishers. They push out these garbage games and never give updates. Sure, some may give one or two updates, but it's rare, and they often don't fix core issues.

You can add them to the backup.xml which will make it so they respond when requesting state patrol backup. However, to make them spawn in traffic, you'd need to edit the popcycle and I think popgroups. Not entirely sure if you'd need both.

That's stupidity and everyone knows it. They know they need a license, they are just hoping the officer is stupid and lets them off. Those people should be slapped with a hefty stupidity fine.

That's how our world is now. Everyone jumps at the chance to attack a police officer's character and to make him out the bad guy. It's why we see the news littered with "cop shoots black kid", "cops plant drugs", "cops enter home without warrants." You NEVER see the positives in the news because it doesn't incite riots. It doesn't incite violence or controversy. We live in an era and a culture where it's much more fun to whip out our phone and watch someone get beat to death than to try and save their life or at least call 911.

OfficerFive0 is correct. Even if the person is screaming at you and saying the worst things imaginable, it's still Freedom of Speech. If there was someone following the officer to his work, to his home, to a call, etc, that would be considered harassment. That's one part of being a cop that most people are too ignorant to understand. Cops tend to have shorter fuses because of the garbage they get called, because of the things said to them, etc. (along with the things they see and experience)

Most, if not all of these piss poor simulators should only be sold for $5. It still makes me laugh that Enforcer is still $20.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch. This.....this looks like Enforcer, just in a bigger city. Here's to another garbage police sim.

Considering how active I am in the simulator genre, it speaks volumes that this is the first time I've heard of this game. There's no hype or build up for this game, just one thread in the Steam forums. Thus far, only one firefighting game, Notruf 112, has been decent/good. Every other one has sucked. At this point, I wish these small publishers and developers would stop milking the emergency brand of games and just accept 'We don't have the ability to make this game look and play the way you want it to, so we won't bother.'
