    Hey so I just reinstalled GTA 5, downloaded ragehook, then scripthookV, I have advancedhook too. A little while ago I installed LSPDFR and about an hour after I downloaded ELS. I also downloaded two ELS cars but ELS works with none of them. When I press Alt + P nothing pops up, but when I press scroll lock it says ELS is locked. Even after I turn scroll lock off it won't work. When I press J nothing happens, when I press k nothing happens, and the worst part is that I know it's installed and the game knows it's installed, but none of the keys work. :( P.S. Does it matter if I changed my hotkey for the horn from E to T because the police computer pops up everytime I press E. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks.
