That's what I mean. The files are not in the latest patchday by default. You can place the modded police.yft, police.ytd, and police_hi.yft IN patchday16 and it'll work flawlessly.

You don't need to replace the actual vehicle files for it to work. Just place the new modded vehicle files into patchday16 and it'll still work.

In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works.

Are you using ELS? If yes, did you add an ELS VCF to the addon vehicles? This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

Not to my immediate knowledge. You could try doing a reinstall of SHV.
