Can you link to the ELS pack you're trying to use?

According to your log, everything is working fine. The method I posted above has always fixed this for other people. Do you have ELS.asi and advancedhookv.asi in the main directory?

Probably because you tried making Rage load these plugins on start, which they shouldn't. Please revert whatever changes you made.

As @ineseri saw on Steam, I picked this game up not too long ago having never played it before, but haven't played it yet. Now I'm debating if I should wait for this version instead.

All of the plugins you listed are LSPDFR plugins. What this means is that these plugins are located in the Plugins-->LSPDFR folder, and they automatically load when you go on duty. The only plugins you manually load are the ones in the Plugins folder.

What plugins have you tried that didn't load?

In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works. If it still not working, please post the ASI log and ELS log files.

When you press "J", what happens? Do you hear a beep at all?

It appears only the FBI is being registered with ELS. In your main GTA V directory, open the ELS INI and change MaxActiveVehs to 20.

While this is true, ultimately, GTA V is not a police simulator. The game wasn't made to cater around that style of gameplay, it was made for the criminal aspect. Speaking for myself, I love LSPDFR, but I want a dedicated police simulator - a game that is made purely for you to play the life of a cop. A game developed with being a LEO in mind. LSPDFR is fun and amazing, but it's just not anywhere near the same as a full fledged police simulator game.

Hi there, If you're using ELS, most likely Captain14's pack is causing the crashes, as that pack is not compatible with ELS. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.

You can change the keybindings in the ELS INI. However, I'm not sure if changing to the mouse wheel is possible.
