  1. For ELS vehicles, they have to have an ELS VCF in order to use the lights. If they are a non-ELS vehicle and you use ELS, they will still need a VCF in order to have the same basic light/siren functionality. You'd just need to edit the VCF to make sure the non-ELS vehicle doesn't utilize the extras.
  2. What do you mean they are default lighting?
  3. Glad you got it solved. :)
  4. You're welcome.
  5. Most of the cars they use are from Captain14's ELS styled (not ELS) pack. Any other vehicles they use, to my knowledge aren't listed anywhere. Your best bet is to head over to the DOJ forums and see if it's listed anywhere. http://www.dojrp.com/
  6. I never advise installing .OIV files unless you know for sure what is being changed. In OpenIV, go to update / update / common / data / ai. Extract "vehiclelayouts.meta" to your desktop. Next, go into mods / update / update / common / data / ai. Click edit mode and drag the vehiclelayouts.meta there. Click edit mode again and then try going back in game and getting into a vehicle. (Do note, when doing all this, you should have the game closed)
  7. You're welcome!
  8. EMS Mod is not a RageHook mod, so you can start via normal GTA.
  9. You installed ScriptHookV incorrectly. :) Dinput8.dll, NativeTrainer.asi, and ScriptHookV.dll go in the main GTA V directory.
  10. You also have NativeUI? Assuming yes, when in game, press F11. Does it say "mod enabled" or "mod disabled"?
  11. Do you have ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet?

  13. Hi there, Installing this mod is very, very easy. Just drag and drop EMS Mod.dll and EMS Mod.INI to your scripts folder. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  14. Also, make sure postfx, shader, and shadows are all on high or above.
  15. You're most welcome! Glad we got it fixed. :)
  16. If you go into the vanilla update folder in OpenIV and navigate to the same path, you can extract the vanilla vehiclelayouts to your desktop, then go back into the same location in the mods folder and replace it.
  17. Yes it is. Please revert the vehiclelayouts.meta file back to vanilla and try. :)
  18. Volunteer. :P You're welcome, glad you got it all up and running!
  19. Did you edited the vehiclelayouts.meta?
  20. It's all good. :P Try taking the vehicles.meta from a working add-on vehicle and place it in the POLICE6 slot. Then just rename the appropriate fields to POLICE6.
  21. Does it crash when a specific one spawns, or any of them?
  22. You didn't add vehicles.meta lines for default vehicles (police, police2) into the dlcs, did you? If yes, that's unnecessary. There's already a designated spot for replacement meta. mods / update / update / common / data / levels / gta5 Just try using mpchristmas2 for your add-on vehicles, please. I've never used mpvalentines.
  23. What version of Rage does it say you're on?
