Make sure you have ScriptHookV installed - http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ Also make sure the ELS VCF for the car is in the pack_default folder.

Please try a different pack of cars. The one you linked, the user just reuploaded someone else's cars when it was meant to be textures only.

No idea what that red thing is. What happens when you press CTRL+P to open the ELS console? This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

I personally would keep #1 and #3 to yourself. No offense to Dieter, but we shouldn't give him any help on passing. If he passes the lie detector it should be because he told the full truth and was an open book. By all means we can give some advice on how to keep calm, simple things like that, but telling him the methods the examiner uses? A bit too much.

When updating all you need to do is delete the ScriptHookV file and download the newest version from the SHV site. http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

You're welcome! ELS can be weird sometimes, no idea why.

In your main GTA V directory, open the ELS INI file. Find "MaxActiveVehs" and set this to 50. Save, and load in the game to try.

I know you said you did this, but please humor me and do the following. In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works. If it still not working, please post the ASI log and ELS log files.
