  2. Sadly, there isn't a mod to improve their behavior, but there are mods to make the AI peds not react to gun fire/not attack you. Bare in mind, this affects all peds, not just gang members. So you really have to decide if not having gang members swarm you is worth all other AI not reacting either. Keep Calm lets you choose which peds react to gunshots (AI drivers/peds), but it takes a massive hit on your FPS - SSB only affects AI drivers, so not exactly what you're wanting, but it doesn't take a hit on your FPS -
  3. Not the ELS folder. In your main GTA V directory should be a text document named ELS. See here:
  4. I apologize, was not notified of your reply. In your main GTA V directory should be a file named ELS, it'll be a text document. Next, look for the text document named "asiloader". Attach both of these, please.
  5. This happened to me last night for the first time. It randomly fixed itself after a little while, but I did try a few things. Note, these may not work. 1) Get a new vehicle. 2) Get in a different emergency vehicle and turn on the lights, then get back into your car. I suspect this is an ELS issue and not something on our end.
  6. I'm assuming the ALPRs are extras and not hard modeled onto the car, which means identifying if this is a you error or author error is going to be a bit difficult. Have you checked on the AI's vehicles when they respond in this car? Do they have the same issue? I read some of the most recent comments on this car and no one else has reported this.
  7. Open your GTA V directory and rename your mods folder to _mods Next, load into the game and go play in the city for a while. Does it still crash? If not, the issue is within your mods folder.

<Vehicle prep="an" name="ambulance" audio="VEHICLE_AMBULANCE">ambulance</Vehicle> If you want to add another ambulance, just add the exact same line underneath it, just rename ambulance. Example: <Vehicle prep="an" name="ambulance" audio="VEHICLE_AMBULANCE">ambulance</Vehicle> <Vehicle prep="an" name="ambulance" audio="VEHICLE_AMBULANCE">ambo</Vehicle> Or just replace "ambulance" with the model you want to use.
  10. I'm willing to bet one of three things. 1) This was meant to scare people, but not be an actual shooting. 2) The guy was fed up of waiting in line and thought 'I know how to speed this up.' 3) Person didn't have enough money, or wasn't happy with the price of something and figured discharging a firearm would be an easy way to just walk out the doors with stolen goods.

  12. Your best bet would be using the LAPD based LSPD texture packs and finding vehicles you like to use, as there's currently no LA pack released. TwistedScopes has one, but I honestly have no idea what's going on with it. The pack is generally only up for a few days before he takes it down again.

Use the EMSunits XML that is located in the EMSmod folder.
  14. I'm not on the most recent version, so I can't say if this is compatible, but you can give it a try. It's a simple drag and drop to your root GTA folder. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/christmas-in-singleplayer-snow-mod

  16. I do like the look, but green wheels? Egad!
  17. The only way to know what mods they're using is if they provide a list in their video description. I think Steve used to, but stopped.

  19. Almost all sirens will work with ELS. ELS doesn't require anything special.
