Surge Drill!
From the album: Hullian111's Gratuitous Misadventures
The LCPD have had a habit of performing these since the attacks. Across the city, and the emergency services world, people wonder what the hell they're up to, and why that somehow fits into counter-terrorism in the archaic reign of the Lawton administration.© Hullian111

Yeah, can say, maybe fifteen seconds is good enough. Maybe some ditty little infographic or something. Just something without a bass drop, please.

What police/crime shows do you watch?
Because I'm a poverty Brit, I can't watch Cops at prime-time. What do I stick with? Neighbourhood Blues, Police Interceptors, Road Wars, and because it was my childhood, 'Police Stop!', now handily on the internet, as below.

The Missing Element
From the album: Hullian111's Gratuitous Misadventures
When watching Initial D, have you ever thought, "where the heck are the Tokyo Metropolitan Police?" Well I have thought that, and I thought I'd recreate a realistic scenario, owing to Japan's crazy street racing laws.© Hullian111

London Fire Brigade Operational Support Unit Maibatsu Mule Retexture (ELS)
- 45 downloads
- Version 1.0.0
That is my longest title for a mod! And also, I bet you're all confused at the purpose of this lorry. Roleplay for the OSU, decoration, I guess? But I love how corleone decided to template this. It's the little things that make you happy. This is corleone's Maibatsu Mule (ELS), modified to give the appearance of an Operational Support Unit box van. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, for example, I don't have Helvetica, so I had to substitute that with Arial, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me. Be advised, you will need to use the ELS mod, which is located here: The original model is located here (much credit goes to @corleone for the model itself, it's actually quite a charming little thing, maybe if I took the lights off of it, it'd be a great livery lorry) and remember, don't redistribute it without my permission! Enjoy! -

Signaflex siren (police de Québec)
Please reupload the video without the music. It's horrible, and too loud to be able to easily pick out the siren.

You may notice the Stanier's livery is a little...different. That's actually Ekalb's Stanier there; before I took this screenshot, I was doing some livery testing of a new WIP lore-friendly livery. Here's a hint: What's black, cream, and hot to touch?

From the album: Hullian111's Gratuitous Misadventures
With a huge Jewish diaspora, it was only natural that they set up a neighbourhood watch scheme - the Outlook Park Volunteer Police, or the Shomrim, following the blackouts of 1977 which shook the community to it's core. The LCPD, somewhat controversially, have supported and funded them ever since, with one example of their support being the OPVP Merit in the background, a former LCPD car repainted as a 'gift' to them. As quoted from the real-life Wikipedia article: "Members, driving repainted police cars, respond to armed robberies, burglaries, and assaults in progress, as well as automobile accidents and general assistance to residents. While they are not authorized to make arrests, they will chase suspects and try to detain them by surrounding them and talking to them until police arrive." Here, the LCPD were called in by the Shomrim to respond to an attempted robbery in the actual park area. The LCPD were just around the block, and took the suspect away a few minutes later© Hullian111

Liberty City Police Department Bravado Youga Retexture
- 125 downloads
- Version 1.0.0
I must apologise for the truly shambolic number plates seen in the screenshots. The plates, as you will see in the textures themselves, are not supposed to be distorted this way. Unfortunately, this problem is linked to GysCo, and the original modder's mapping of the plates, so I'm unable to fix that. Also, I'm now dropping the Irish schedule - mods will now be churned out catering to any region of the world. Why? Ireland mods are drying up. Anyway, let's get to the hyped retro Youga! This is GysCo's Bravado Youga (Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of a retro NYPD van. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, for example, the aforementioned plates, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me. The original model is located here (much credit goes to GysCo for the model itself, real shame about the plates) and remember, don't redistribute it without my permission! Enjoy! -
1st Gen Stanier
Eh, but I can see why they took it off. Alright, I'll leave it to you to decide, then. I think I've done my bit here.

1st Gen Stanier
Plus, its a basic fact that CVPIs don't really have chrome/fake chrome trim, due to budget and obscurity (i.e: keep stealthy to the criminal, but don't blind the minivan mothers). Now it would fit for a stock Stanier, but for a fleet model? It just doesn't gel. Not slamming, but as someone who is a big fan of Staniers, I know that this should not work. But its an experiment, so there's my feedback. Hope it serves well.
