Did you sign into Rockstar Games Social Club? As well as Games For windows live? I found that Re installing LCPDFR.95 Fixes this problem, Ive had the problem my self.

If your using Dashcam V2, When I went to play online with one of my friends, We both crashed non stop until we uninstalled it, Also, I don't really suggest modding the APC, That vehicle always seem to be pretty buggy.

Alot of people had this bug, i think G17 Media shut down the Statistics for v.91, You can either ignore the log in (you don't have to log in btw) or install the newest version of LCPDFR which is .95 RC1 which you can find in the download section.

Are you running the installer as administrator?

This is mostly caused by car mod (High Poly car mods taking up the games memory so much that the game fails to load textures) Solution: Remove a few car mods and replace with deafuaults , See what happens, If you don't have back ups you might have to re install, Also, LCPDFR Doesn't cause this problem, can you please post your system specs?

Well....You dont HAVE to choose 20 vehicles, It just has the option that you can customized, Otherwise, The deafualt cars are just some of the rare vehicles that you rarley see on gta to spawn, As always, I suggest Traffic Load, You'll see a dramatic change with a great deal of variety in your traffic, I use it and I love it, If you want completely random and variety, Traffic load, If you want a pre set of vehicles you'd like to see along side with the games regular traffic spawn er as well as responding vehicles, Traffic flow.

Nope, Just just drive by and drive off,They sometimes stop at some spots and run off to a location, They spawn ALOT, so you might want to edit .ini since it can get somewhat annoying.

LCPDFR.log should be located in your game directory, GTA IV - Install folder: C:Program Files (x86)2K GamesGrand Theft Auto IV <should be located in there. This is so I can see and anyone else what errors are popping up in your game and what issues you might be having.

Traffic flow: Its been a while to explain it, But it basically puts a queue up for the next car to be loaded into the games memory from a .ini listing of 20 different vehicles, (pretty sure that's what it does) You can customize what vehicles you wish to see more of, It also spawns random responding police, Fire and ems vehicles, Traffic load: (again, Kinda sketcky memory for me on how it works again) Loads a set of about I think 35 vehicles into the games memory, Then, The mod reads what vehicles are already in the memory, And randomly chooses a next set, As well as spawns buses driving around (so does traffic flow) Traffic Load is my personal favorite due to the fact it gives a huge variety of vehicles spawning and looks way better, I like traffic flow and its a great mod, I just prefer traffic load though, I suggest you try out both, However be warned on traffic load, It loads alot of vehicles into the memory, So if you dont have such a great system, You might experience crashing. This is known as the "Taxi bug" If you have any car mods installed, Mostly high ploly count cars, They overload the games memory, Causing the games engine to freak out, And spawn a shit ton of taxis, And in your case, As well as police cars (probably cause you spawned one and it loaded into the games memory) How to fix this? Simple: Use a traffic mod, Such as traffic flow V5, Or my personal favorite, Traffic LOAD, There a ton of mods out there for this, or just quite simply, Uninstall your car mods, Hope this helps, JAM.

Yeah you need to run game as admin which I see you did, And the blur issue ( you said you fixed it but ill post it anyways) Can simply be fixed by pressing P again, So now that's out of the way, What exactly is the issue? This, And your not telling us what your issue is, READ THE STICKYS! http://www.lcpdfr.co...ead-this-first/, You need to tell us what the issue is, Post LCPDFR.log, Post diagnostics log etc. Till then, It would be too hard for most people here to help you. ALSO: I dont think your using the mod correctly, Make sure you press Alt + P and follow the on screen instructions, As well, Hit Shift + Tab to see a full list of keys, However: Make sure you using right keys/using the right mod and that it is actually installed, If your getting errors or crashing, one of the things that seems to help alot is running the game as administrator, running the installer as administrator etc.

Im no coder, But the object disposed might just be the ped disapering, And also, All those things your seeing is the mod itself running through the process of everything you do, Also, And this has been stated numerous times before, The prusuits are glitched and do not upload to the crime statistics at this time, The only people who have this working are the testers due to them having the nightly builds of RC1, Its been rumored that it will be fixed in RC2.

Bug, That has been reported before, Only testers have the pursuits feature working for them, Since they have the nightly build of RC1 which apparently has the bug fixed, Ive been hearing in RC2 it will be finally fixed.
