Its saying that possibly your memory is corrupt, Did you run the mod installer as admin?

I can understand this, But posting multiple times on purpose Wont really get you help any faster, And as stated By gnat326, Since your getting a access is denied error, Run your game as administrator from the game directory.

Did You install any drivers?

I remember this post too and have been trying to help players with it, trouble is, Its obviously gone, It would seem nobody can find it.

It works, However, LCPDFR Was never fully optimized for multiplayer, Expect Crashes, Glitches etc (especially with car mods/ELS, And multiple scripts, I suggest you have a vanilla copy of Gta IV while playing online) , Me and my friend play all the time, We go busy to ignore all the call outs and just do traffic, Its a blast to have a real person be your back up in a chase , JAM.

Create a new game save? Not sure on how to delete a corrupted game save. JAM. (Ill be getting on gta soon, Ill look around, See how to delete/Create a new game save)

Your welcome man, Glad I could help out, As far as your question, I don't think it really will, Due to the fact that hardcore mode (in the aspect of gun play) Makes the peds weapons stronger (And makes you bounce around like a ped so its harder for you to shoot), That weapon mod im pretty sure just messes with the ranges of the weapons to make them more realistic, If you want to PM, Go ahead, I don't bite :happy:

Car sounds? I never knew you could modify them, I heard you can replace sounds with other sounds from in game, But never importing outside sound mods, Ill have to look into that one :D

From what ive seen traffic control messes up GTA IV alot, And the bug you speak of.

First Person Mod, While it can be a pain in the bee hind at times, I found that while in the car, And doing traffic stops if you use SNT to make your player invisible it can be really fun, Definatley is imersive when your in first person, And can add some great realism.

Well truthfully it does work for it due to the fact your loading up all the vehicles into the games memory, But mods such as traffic load do the same, Give way more variety, And is just way more simpler, Id just rather do that, And not spawn all the cars, My 2 cents , JAM.
