Those are meant to be the 2 common callouts, you can use the shortcut (ALT + F11) to force a callout to see whether or not you can get a different one.

To be honest, this sounds more something like for Supervisor/Management (More specifically Jay) since we don't have access to functions like that, hence, it's on the back end of the server, I'll look around, but I know we won't be able to change it, if I see Jay around (He's been really busy lately) I'll ask him real quick, but to be honest I think it would just be easier to just ignore it/reset your stats, but that's up to you.

I'm going to edit your title a bit, while, I'd have to say, it's not really THAT offensive (It's kinda far from it) but I'd just rather be on the safe side so you don't offend anyone.

I'm pretty sure that they made it themselves, but you could try PMing some one from it and asking them.
