I only have 2 kind of callout (mission) .

just appears domestic dispute and shoot's fire , there isn't supposed to have more ??

these two it's in the same spot all the time .

Those are meant to be the 2 common callouts, you can use the shortcut (ALT + F11) to force a callout to see whether or not you can get a different one.

and the reason for them being in the same spot is because you must only be patrolling that area. Try going some where else or on a different island.

I'll also toss in that in future releases you can probably expect some more variety.
