Same beat as Gangam (Or however you spell/pronounce it), stupid dance style that is sure to catch on like the macarana (Idiotic 90s song), hot girls to lure puburity hitting teens into clicking on his video, and a song where you can't understand a single word he's saying. Every time I hear one of theese songs I ask my self this question: Why? It's not really THAT catchy, the dance is pretty stupid, and you can't understand what they're saying. I never got theese "Internet sensation" videos and I didn't get gangam style. I don't understand how North Americans can be so droned by videos like this, but then yet again we've proven just how idiotic we can be towards media. I will state it is some what funny with his accent and the subject matter. But after watching this video I felt nautious, that chicken enchilada I ate could be the culprit, or the song (I think it's the song). That's just my two cents (Not trying to be mean, if you like the song, then hey like it. That's your choice). Call me a "Hipster"/Old man, and I'll keep telling you to get off my lawn . Thanks for sharing though. Edit: After watching the second video you put up I will admit he has a good voice and the back story is nice, I'll give him credit for that :D.

This, no point in getting just a single one. Nothing kills the experience of an awesome simulation more than seeing a CAS Cobra coming for a run and all you see is a dude floating in the air because your missing one of the models :D.

In terms of the most affordable what I do is use my smart phone (Android, iOS has some apps like this too) and download apps such as Police Radio/Radio scanner that receives great scanner feeds from multiple sites like Radio Reference etc. In order to get the sound through your speakers make sure your stereo has a Auxiliary connection port, grab a cable from Walmart or Best Buy (There super cheap) and plug it in. Turn up the audio and your set! It's what I use without having to purchase a pricey scanner however I cannot listen to my local frequencies due to Radio Reference not having them so head over to http://www.radioreference.com/ to see if they have yours. Other than that most hand held scanners are pretty good but have limited power, but should also have Auxiliary connection. Hope this helps you out bud.

Apologies, they way you worded your post made it sound as if you we're implying such actions to be made on our end, I can understand being fearful of content falling in the wrong hands. Again there's really no general idea of who will be participating in judging, could be all of us, could be a small number. Depends on who wishes to join in.

Exclusively just the staff, only the staff members who decide to part take in Judging. I highly doubt any of G17 Media(s) staff would even consider stealing any content submitted. But hey if you think that we're that immature that we'd steal content, that's on you, we're not forcing anyone to part take in this contest.

This^, I've seen Police Officers often approach from the passenger side, especially Highway Patrol/State, but also I've seen it from time to time from regular City PD. There is......sorta. You know that animation for vehicles that or too big/bikes? Where the officer stands up and puts his hands on his hips, that could easily be turned around for this purpose. I like this Idea GTAIVCode3 and think it would be an awesome addition .

GTA V won't be out for a while, and even when it does come out with the way R* handles PC releases, we probably won't see a PC version for a long time. Not to mention the fact we don't even know if it will be mod-able, so I'd just get it now and enjoy all the mods that are already made for GTA IV. No point in waiting for something that may never happen.

Hit SHIFT + TAB in game when LCPDFR is started and you'll get the entire key listing (Also if you searched you would've found this: ). And as far as I know there is now way to auto move the camera.

Depends, what are your specs?

All I can say is just follow everything the installer says, give windows 7 AMPLE amount of space (I didn't and now I have to worry about enough space for games which is a major pain). Any by all means, don't use a pirated version of Windows 7, use a genuine copy. I'd also pick up a decent Anti Virus for your new windows (I recommend Avast! Free Edition for people who want a silent/good anti virus) and that should really be it. In terms of modding the sky's the limit and it's up to you.
