Only the latest patch (1.0.7.0) works with all versions of LCPDFR, you cannot get it to run even on the earliest versions of the mod (Which are no longer publicly available for download), as Custo stated, update to latest patch other wise you can't play the modification. That or your just using a Cracked version (I don't see why some one wouldn't want to update unless they have a cracked copy) as Ekalb stated, which is not supported under any circumstances.

I used to have this issue as well and literally could not find a single way to fix it. Tried almost every viable solution till I eventually gave up and re installed which was a major pain. It's a really weird issue and I don't think there is a way to fix it unless some one else here knows how.

They could be placing the audio sound bites when they edit the video rather than them actually being played in game.

I get choked up seeing officers like him injured, especially since he was only just a FTO. He handled him self surprisingly well for being heavily damaged and brand new to the force. Shame a lunatic had to take away such a great officer just to kill him self. For people that state they want to get into law enforcement, watch videos like these and actually think before just signing up, anymore it's getting more and more dangerous and think that this could be you, and if you do take that leap, be safe.

Just got out of game, responded to a car accident, subjects we're dead on arrival, called Mett, pictured the car and documented it, took the bodies away and drove away without plowing everything in it's pass, I'm definatley loving it .
