  1. Fuck that's the one, lol, shows how long it's been since I've played minecraft, pretty much this^.
  2. To make a spoiler, do [spoiler.] in the beginning of the text you want to hide, then [/spoiler.] after the text, with out the the periods at the end inside the brackets. EDIT: Removed the mistake, thanks Harper.
  3. These are looking fantastic strike, keep it up bud!
  4. I haven't used it in a long, long time, I enjoyed it. It was fun to just sit on the side of the highway reading the radar and filling out reports, but it did get a bit old after a while so I quit it. Like it's name, it's mainly meant for role-play, which like most role-plays, requires the use of: @TNelson and others: The reason why the MDC is slow at times is due to the fact that the MDC is hosted of www.lcpdfr.com's servers, which we're currently having a few small issues with (Which is also why at times lcpdfr.com it's self at times is slow), hopefully it should all be sorted decently soon.
  5. Whenever I see a Police Officer, I don't really have a "Insta Respect" like most people do, I do however give a small amount of courtisim. When I meet a Police Officer it's just like meeting anyone else to me, it's their personality and morals are what I'm going to base my views upon off of. That is the one thing I hate about the whole "Cops" thing, most Officers are generalized like Dell computers stamped out of a Indonesian shop, there expected to all be equal and and robots of enforcement, I have to say you can't expect this, and most people do, which is why after a while, they start to have hatred for Officers. You have to remember they're people, just like you, they had a child hood, had good, and bad times, and each and own have a different personality, so again, who they are is how I base my self off of him/her a as a person, and not a Police Officer. I generally have a decent sized amount of respect for them in general for what they do on a daily basis, being a Police Officer is more than just handing out tickets, it's a life style. You make crap pay, you get treated like shit by people who generally dislike you just because your wearing a uniform, see things some people simply cannot handle, and you are simply a public servant, as well as they don't wear armor and a gun for nothing, it is in fact a dangerous job, but again as I stated, most of the time I will base my views on the person and his/her morals rather than a silly uniform. I was actually speaking to a older lady the other day, she stated that every Officer has to have a "Strong Moral Core" to avoid getting into the greed, and corruption that often gets thrown onto Officers. It's up to the person to either decide whether they'll succumb, or dispel the corruption that other people want them to get into for their own personal gain. Any who that is my personal/humble view of Police/Officers.
  6. I have to disagree, Flame Wars are generally completely off topic slanders pointed at one another to simply aggravate a person you dislike. I haven't been viewing this thread much but I have skimmed through it, I've only seen a few off topic posts some a little bit more heated than others, but it's all within the boundaries of the topic, which is how you feel about law enforcement. True some people are getting heated about it but I haven't viewed any outlandish slanders against anyone, everything seems reasonably on topic, just simple debate about views. Other moderators agree since a few brought it up as well. I'll continue monitoring the thread just to make sure, I will agree everyone needs to remember, your talking to another person, and regardless of your views, everyone needs to respect one another, even if your views differ. If any posts become off topic/outlandish, they will be hidden, simple regular protocol. if the thread gets totally out of hand I will decide whether to eradicate the issue or simply close the topic. We can all have a simple debate here, it's up to you (The Members) to make it worth while and not make it go out of hand by being mature.
  7. I'm not familiar with km/h, only mph, so you'll have to excuse me of I'm totally off, any who, I think I remember watching a vid along time ago wanting the same thing, upping the speed over all of how fast peds go on surface streets, however when the person did this the traffic was total chaos, I don't think the AI's could handle going that fast+braking+sticking to a followed path, in fact, on some highways they go too fast and slam into the back of each other, I think Rockstar made it so slow for a reason, truthfully I feel it's more realistic, I wouldn't want to go anything more than 20/30mph in new york, due to just how crowded it is, but if some one could get it to work, that'd be awesome.
  8. Post hidden from public view, take this a strong warning, do not ever again link to torrents, we do not support pirating at all on this site. @OP, If you can find some one who has a back up then that's fine, be warned though that the original files are copyrighted by Rockstar Games, other than that if you have the game on steam, you can Validate your game files, however this will most likely remove a good number of modified original game files, so your best bet is to just find a back up, you should always remember to back up any files you are about to mod in case of issues like this.
  9. Pretty much this^, It's an issue with LCPDFR It's self and not the bike.
  10. Issue resolved (even though we aren't giving support what's so ever now....) closing topic. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  11. Haven't gotten a chance to dig into SouthLand, however, this looks great, nice job Harper.
  12. Agreed, thread moved to the "Random" section.
  13. Are you having issues with GTA IV it's self, or LCPDFR?
  14. Don't get me started on the "COPS" Themed videos, I cringe every time I hear the HUH! BAD BOYS! Come on in a LCPDFR Video, followed by a kid screaming "OK WE'RE NOW RESPONDING TO A PERSON DOWN!!!" now that shit gets old.
  15. Bout time some body found it .
  16. I went through the Police Explorer program in my city, I was the same way you are, a tad like "Wtf do we even do?" the description for most Police Explorer programs are "A program to give insight into the Law Enforcement world", which it mostly does in my opinion, but I feel it's more a volunteer/your actually going to do something in law enforcement program, it's good for common ride alongs (You may get to wear your uniform, which after me being on around 11+ride alongs, helps so you don't look like some random tag along with the officer), and volunteer work that help your community, I have no idea what your program may do, but the activity's ours include is the following: Ride Alongs, Volunteer work, Participating in a S.W.A.T Explorer Competition, Directing traffic at events etc.., you get your own uniform and go to meetings to discuss various things, for your age, I say do it! If your planning on becoming a Police Officer nothing looks better in front of the Oral Board then seeing "Joined explores at the age of 14", plus you'll get a greater insight into the law enforcement world, without looking like some random dude invading the PD's privacy, it's a good learning experience, so don't fret, and just have fun! Side Note: I wouldn't worry about your age, in fact I'd be proud of that fact that at your age, your taking charge in what you want to do for a living and that you actually want to pursue a career within Law Enforcement.
  17. 1. We are no longer having support threads, we closed our support section due to all the topics/replies, as well as the fact that we do not at all under any circumstances support any cracked/pirated copy's of the game, if you want your game to work, buy a legit purchased copy of the game and then install, still having issues? Look in the support section, your bound to find an answer to your issue, closing thread. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  18. He can't post in the support section because we locked it. Due to all the replies/topics in the Support section, we have decided to close it down and no longer have users create support topics for issues regarding the mod, if you are having game issues, take a look through the existing threads in the support section, your bound to find an answer to your issue, closing thread. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  19. Could you possibly show us it during the day light? Most ENB's look great at night but terrible during the day time, just curious, other than that great job bud, looks very realistic!
  20. This has been answered a multitude of times, When will the mod be done? Answer=When it's done and we feel that it is ready for public release, the dev team has been focusing more towards our new server than anything else at the moment, so, since this has been answered so many times, I feel this thread has served it's purpose and is no longer needed, closing thread. (I will also be changing the title so it isn't misleading users into thinking there is a new LCPDFR Version, when there is indeed not (and by waisting their time viewing a closed thread). Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  21.
