While I see that, simply posting just a link is easily identified as telling a user to post there instead of using this current thread. You don't always have to state something, hinting at it counts as well. We currently suspended community channels for the time being due to users not using their channels as well as people spamming other members to join their clan. We will be allowing them soon however only a few will be allowed at a time to cut down on issues so we can focus on more important matters.

Actually he is asking for help for starting a clan, not advertising one. For now I see nothing wrong with this until he starts advertising the service. After in which he finds help to start his clan the thread will be closed. If I were you I would change the name form *OFFICAL FORUMS* to Official Topic. For some people (Including me) it can easily confuse people into thinking you're linking them to another site/forums.

It has, both CNN and multiple news agency's report two officers shot, but no known status. If you listen to the radio scanner you could hear them stating they are transporting the patients. I would appear that the feed (Scanner radio) has been taken off line either by the feed director the law enforcement to try and not allow him to hear their status/locations. I thought of it as a great/fun idea at first but the Community turned for the worse and dragged a lot of the base game down with it. If you're trying to install LCPD:FR v.91, the login feature does not work any more and only v.95 RC2 can use the login feature. Truthfully the only reason why you have to login is for the Crime Statistics, you don't have to login for the modification to install.

At this time linking people to back ups in good spirit of helping one another out it is fine with the Community Team currently. The only time we have an issue with it is when Users upload it to our site.
